Awful !!!! Not even a phone call from the service adviser kept my car three weeks to finally getting a video saying it needed a TUNE UP FOR ALMOST 12 hundred dollars really????? Out of pocket I paid two tows at 100.00 dollars each then 236.00 for there Diagnosis fee and yes for that I actually had a person call me to collect So you ask my experience was HORRIBLE

This dealership was able to get me in and fix my car in one day. The service people were kind and helpful. The car was cleaned and vacuumed when I received it. Will definitely bring my car back there for future services.

Had a great no-pressure sales experience at Safford Hyundai. Primarily worked with Kevin, a new but friendly sales consultant. He was very patient and seemed eager to learn about what a customer was actually looking for rather than just pushing for a quick sale. When it came time to discuss numbers, we sat down with Miguel, a sales manager, who was straightforward and nice to work with. Finally, we wrapped up the paperwork with Terry, a finance manager, who was very transparent and explained all of the available add-ons to us, suggesting which he felt would be useful to us specifically and which wouldn't, but wasn't pushy about anything. All in all, they exceeded my expectations.
