Very bad experience I dropped my car 10 am and supposed
Very bad experience I dropped my car 10 am and supposed to get a ride back to my house, I have been waiting for almost 45 minutes, I ordered an Uber to get back home At 5 pm I call the dealer is my car done? The operator tells me there no ticket for your car I don’t have anything info about your car When I arrive the dealer I was waiting to some one help me 2 guys in the desk, one talking on the phone and the other don’t even pick his head and ask me how can help you Very bad customer service I will never go back to this location And I take my car as it is not even being serviced

The service was delayed due to getting parts shipped to
The service was delayed due to getting parts shipped to the deal repair center. This is understandable. What is not okay is the amazingly frustrating phone system they use. I ended up driving to the business twice to find out the status of the repair. Completely unacceptable. I like the people and they usually provide good service. Communication is key and they failed in this regard.

Very unwilling to negotiate.
Very unwilling to negotiate. All Miguel Zayas would not budge on price, fee charges or trade in value. For the trade value he low balled it even though I attached proof of value from KBB and Edmunds. If a customer wants wants to spend foolishly they're the place to go.

I had my car towed on June 11, 2024. I sit here now on June 25, 2024 with no diagnosis of what is wrong. Multiple calls and even went in person. All I get is the same response. No one has looked at your car.
