    Sales consultant was great. I believe I got a great deal on a low mileage car with a twist. If there were a concern I wish the dealer would have prepared... my car better. The details are important.. After purchasing the car I took car for a look over to my regular mechanic and was shown a minor leak in the transmission coolant line, the transmission pan needed to be replaced and there was a lot of rusting underneath the car but nothing major. All things considered I still believe I got a good deal and I don't regret my purchase. We purchased another extended 100k mile service plan from a company we are using for our other car for the past 2 years. The lesson that I've learned is that it's equally as important to look underneath the car as it is to look inside and outside.

    I purchased a used cargo van and requested they try and buff out some of the scratches, they ended up ruining the paint over the rear wheel where a past... repair had been made. The worst part is the ignored what they did and didn't bring it to my attention. Not very honest. The vehicle was inspected in Virginia and I had to have it reinspected in Maryland, the VA inspection was worthless. Had to have the front wheel bearing and front rotors replaced and a broken wheel stud on each of the rear wheels. Several weeks later I discovered the battery was no good. They however did replace the two front tires in an effort to eliminate the vibration in the front end. Needless to say that didn't solve the problem. Buyers beware!

    I am naturally apprehensive buying ANY used car, but the Pre-Purchase Inspection (that I paid for from a local independent shop) showed that the '11 Toyota... RAV4 advertised by Beyond Motors had no major hidden issues. Moreover, Abe Hana worked with us to resolve the items found in the Pre-Purchase Inspection, resulting in our getting a great value. The Hana team also processed all the paperwork to get us on our way quickly (despite DMV's systems being off-line) and provided us with references we could use to pursue optional items (e.g., buy a second key fob, add a trailer hitch, touch-up a minor scratch). We highly recommend Beyond Motors, and will definitely call Abe when looking for our next used car purchase.

    I Bought a Toyota Sienna from Beyond Motors. From the phone call, they were super helpful and answered my list of questions. When I visited the dealership,... they were patient and not pushy which made me comfortable with the purchase. It has been more than 2 weeks now and the car runs great and my mechanic approved! Don’t hesitate to buy from here.

    I was specifically looking for a 2009 Sienna. Love the mini van and that is the last year before they redesigned the model. I was excited to find a blue... van that was in "mint" condition, and "not a scratch" on it. The ad said it was a "rare find". After driving out to see it, the first thing I see is a significant strip of paint missing from the rear bumper. We're talking like a 1" by 3" piece. the second thing I noticed is a piece of cable hanging out the passenger sliding door. I asked about the cable, and the salesman stated that the cable had just snapped that day, but "thank goodness it wasn't the cable motor". I asked him is he was aware that the cable and motor together were a $300 part, but that the replacement labor was $2400, and he acknowledged that it was. I didn't need to see anything further. I have no idea how banged up the rest of the car was. The car that was advertised was not even close to the car displayed at the dealership. The car had normal wear and tear that a 9 year old car should have. Maybe a little more with that missing strip of paint. The broken cable is definitely a death sentence for this car. Sadly, even though I complained that the ad was misleading, 3 weeks later the same ad is still posted on cars.com. If the ad is misleading, how can I trust the dealership to be honest about any aspect of the cars it is selling?

    Relaxed salemanship no pressure and accomdating in getting the car of interest. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and this was by far the best... experience I've had.
