Took my money but could not provide the tags on time. It took them 3 months. I was so pissed. Each time I call they they don't pick my calls no more
I should’ve known better. If they have nothing to hide why are the reviews turned off on Facebook and many other sources purchased a truck with falsified... inspections safety systems tampered with. Drove it 80 miles and it’s complete trash. Dealership will have you sign documents not related to the transaction just to cover their butt because they know they they do shady things
I needed to replace a car quickly. I found the car I wanted online so I went to check it out. I was able to test drive the car on my own as soon as I got... there. No pressure buying from the staff. Very accommodating. The vehicle was in excellent condition considering the year. Warranty plans are available. Financial approval was completed quickly and efficiently. They were patient as I needed to transfer my belongings from my old vehicle to the new one, while completing my paperwork. Appreciated the follow up phone call asking if I was happy with my purchase.
On Monday, April 27, 2020, we called regarding a Subaru that was listed on their website. We were told it was available but we needed to make an appointment... to see it. We live over 1.5 hours away so my husband scheduled the appointment for April 29 to accommodate his work schedule. On Wednesday, we were about an hour away from the dealership when we called to let them know we may be a few minutes late. At that time we were told that someone else was out test driving the car.My husband informed the salesman that we had an appointment to see the car and was told it is first come first serve, and that he would call and let us know if the other people decided to buy the car. At that point, we kept driving because we really didn't know what else to do. We never received a call back as promised, so we called the dealership yet again when we were about ten minutes away. We were told the car had been sold. I understand it is first come first serve. However, when we made the appointment on that Monday, if there was a previously scheduled appointment to look at it we should have been informed, especially since my husband said we were coming a long distance. Had we known there was an appointment before ours, we would have waited to confirm the availability of the car. If we had the appointment first, no other appointment should have been made until we had a chance to see the car. If the individuals that bought the car simply stopped by without an appointment, they should have been required to make an appointment just like we were, and placed behind us. Either way, they were completely unprofessional and we spent four hours of drive time all for nothing. The car was for our daughter who has worked hard to save her money and was very excited at the thought of buying the car, as it was exactly what she wanted. She was extremely disappointed. This was the worst experience we have ever had at any dealership and honestly can't say enough bad things about the way we were treated.

I came to the lot to look at a Tahoe they had available. Arriving I wasn’t sure what to expect given the rural area. I was mistaken! They gave me my space... to check over the car (didn’t breath down my neck like most dealerships). When I made up my mind they were sure to answer all my questions. They worked as a team to make my transaction as fast and smooth as possible. Thank you all!

Ethically and morally incompetent. Will blame you for any and everything even when you buy a car or truck for $15k and it won’t make it 50 miles home!!... Won’t help pay for a tow or and yes will try to make money off the repairs!!! 2011 truck oil pump goes out yeah it’s your truck now he says “do you have a mechanic you can trust?” Stay as far away as possible from this guy Nick and his company. If you think it’s a good idea to go into business selling cars as is with no warranty for market value that’s a horrible business plan!! I’m sure they won’t be around that much longer!
