Jacob was very knowledgeable, considerate and gentle. He listened to all my desires and made my decision and purchase process much easier.

It took nearly a month to get my car. In that time, there was a clear lack of communication between the salesperson, sales manager and finance manager. There was $1,000 that was not honored on the website price AND I can’t even drive my car because I don’t have a temporary plate or the paperwork. I have yet to have this resolved. Thank you Audi Bethesda. 0/10.

Back in 2022 I found the perfect Audi eton GT online at Audi Bethesda. The sales individual (Stephen) is very helpful and making the purchase and shipment out of state as seamless as possible. However, in 2024, I sold the car and I’m trying to get a refund on the extended warranty I was sold (by Sue Kim) for both tire and maintenance. When I reach out to Audi Bethesda on multiple occasions, I get zero response. So buyer beware - they focus on Sales and not necessarily the whole customer experience.

We purchased our pre owned AudiQ7 55 premium plus last week. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. It was a pleasure working with him. The entire team Kenny, Rita and Jacob were very patient, thorough and kind. Purchasing from out of state was seemless!
