    Went to look at a used 2002 Toyota Highlander in February 2019 that had been traded in on a Subaru. The dealership personnel I spoke with were professional... and helpful. I decided to purchase the vehicle. It had a small ding and rust-spot on the hood. I was told it could be fixed. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I could not even tell where the spot had been. Whoever does their paint touch-ups is very good! The vehicle itself was well-cleaned and detailed. The only complaints I have are minor: -The remotes that came with the vehicle had dead batteries. -Although the cleaning job was practically spotless, the headlight covers were faded and yellowed. A little clean-up and polish here would have been nice. -I had very specifically asked that no dealership logos would be attached to the back of the vehicle, and they still glued a white, oval Farrish badge to the rear gate. -When I went to sign the final papers, there was a mix-up on who was supposed to be helping me, and I sat for about 30 minutes. When I asked for help, I was immediately take care of. Overall, the service was decent, and I am happy with my little SUV. And I now have a nice American flag sticker covering up the Farrish badge.

    I purchased a '17 Subaru Crosstrek November of '16. Within a couple of weeks I received a call from the dealer they made a mistake, they sold two of the... same cars and filled all of my paperwork as a vin ending in 34 while they gave me a vin ending in 35. I had to pick up additional documentation, they reregistered the vehicle and dealt with the DMV while I tried to get the insurance company to cover the mistake, however Farrish Subaru did not ensure the loan documentation from Bank of America was correct who still has a lien on the title years after paying off the vehicle since they released the title of the other persons vehicle instead of mine. It's been months of hassle to get the lien off my title resulting in additional taxes and time without being able to drive a legally registered vehicle upon moving to a different state.

    Worked with Mr Jim Stone to find a reliable, well-cared-for SUV. Jim showed me the two cars I wanted to see, had them ready to test drive, and waited... for my decision which took a few days! Jim, Mgr Mr Ski and rest of Farrish staff (Matthew to process registration and plates) were polite, cheerful and made the entire experience great!!

    I have never had such a horrible time at a dealership in my entire life. I went to this xxxxy place today at 4 p.m. on a Sunday. Not only was a salesperson... getting into an argument with a customer, nobody even attempted to help me for 15 minutes. The dealership is absolute trash, not only that but there's also no parking at this place. If I can write it a zero I would. Let me tell you about my disgusting experience at this horrible dealership. I asked the salesperson, who never gave me his name or formally introduced himself, if they had any Vehicles there that had leather seats. He told me he didn't know. It's hard for me to believe that a dealership doesn't have one car with leather seating. I was there to look at a Forester or a Outback. Then We go outside in the 2 degree weather to look at the based Forester which is also sitting inside of the dealership. Why would I go outside to look at a car that's sitting inside of your stupid showroom ! As we're walking back I look to the left and Lord and behold there is a limited model, which is their highest trim model and has leather in it, and I say to the salesperson here is a limited version. This man literally looked at me, and then continue walking into the dealership. When I got into the store he was already sitting at his desk and was sitting down on his cell phone. I then went to the manager who was sitting there on his phone. And asked him if there was any Foresters or Outbacks that they had leather in. He also had no clue. What kind of manager doesn't know what's in their inventory. The manager also had a very bad attitude by saying well this is a big dealership. This is a tiny little dealership sitting on the side of a road with no parking. They literally have 30 or 40 cars at this stupid place. All in all I never got to see the car that I want it! I am from Australia. I actually love Subarus! But I would never buy or suggest the Subaru ever again because of this horrible experience I had today. Your sales people shouldn't be wearing jeans, raggedy Skechers tennis shoes, and an untucked shirt with no tie. That is completely unprofessional!

    Walked into the show room today to look at the Ascent with my wife and baby. Not a single person greeted me, even walked right past the manager's pit.... Spend about 15-20 minutes checking out the Ascent in the showroom then walked out. Again not a single person acknowledged me. It's a shame, just a simple hello could have kept this dealership as an option, but not anymore. Taking my business where it is appreciated.

    We bought a Subaru Impreza from Farrish in Herdorn. We had an outstanding seller, Mr. Israel Moreno, who was unfainlingly gracious in answering all our... questions. We were offered a very good deal and we received extensive help in finalizing the deal since we wanted to register the car in Michigan, our state. We also received a long lesson from Israel Moreno in all the car's details, a phone call offering his services if we needed further help. In all our years of buying cars, mostly in Michigan but here too, we had never received such an outstanding service. We would recommend the seller as well as the dealership to anyone who is interested.

    I am from the Louisville, Kentucky area and bought my car here because they had the best price and great people! I flew into Washington National Airport,... my Salesman Rod picked me up, we went to lunch, then to the dealership. Rod and Rae took great care of me and once the paperwork was done I drove home with a full tank of gas! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

    Several things to mentioned. 1. The finance and sales manager tried to get me to complete a final deal and sign paperwork on a car that was not at the... dealership and that I did not see and drive. 2. Felt taking advantage of because I was alone as a women 3. The two managers did not congratulate me on the purchase and/or say thank you 4. Due to the late deal, I was asked to return another day for a "detail" on the new car. Returned to the dealership which was totally out of my way to see after the car was complete that it was not a detail but a poor carwash. The poorly done wash was mentioned to my sales lady during the time I was wiping the dirt off the car with my hand. My sales person got a dry paper towel to wipe the dirt. Ridicules, as I asked her to stop and mentioned to her manager that my car was not detailed, it was poorly washed. My first bad car buying experience in 30 years and I have purchased 9 cars. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership.

    We previously purchased 6 new vehicles from Farrish Motors and drove 300+ miles roundtrip to do so. It was always a 5 star experience, when Miguel Zayas... was the sales manager. Recently, we wanted to buy another vehicle and it was a great disappointment. Neither Ralph Perkins, GM, nor Sam Ramadan, sales mgr., even bothered to respond to our inquires, by email and via Chris Wolf, sales rep. Farrish has taken a major turn for the worse under the current management.
