I've never commented on a car purchase but this deserved one. Max and Raj made this buying experience easy. From my test drive down a long country road... to pulling out of the lot with my car...it was a smooth process. Max enjoys his work and it shows. He is passionate about these high end vehicles. Raj pulls all the paperwork together and it seemed like it only took five minutes to get it done. He too has an affinity for these vehicles. The team made it happen. I wanted to change some things with the car and Max was very accommodating. I have no hesitation to reach back out to Max for any other future vehicle needs. All the best with your purchase.

While traveling to visit our son at Liberty University, did my routine vehicle search and found this beauty. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful, especially online from Clearwater, FL. Spoke with Shawn once over the phone, he was very courteous and understanding of my long distance purchase and limited time to purchase the vehicle. Shawn was very honest about the minimum price and agreed to help me not only purchase the vehicle, but ensure minimum delay once at the dealership. Shawn ensure the vehicle was detailed and ready to be driven to FL. Once I arrived at the dealership, he made my family feel welcomed, he treated us like family... he even played along on my wife surprise vehicle purchase. Without delay, he placed a tag, gave us the key, and instructions on where to take the vehicle for a test drive. I had a very good experience purchasing my Lexus SUV. I had a trade that needed more qork than I was aware of, however I still received a fair trade value... and did not feel "gotten." Raj and his team are very personable and easy to work with. It was probably one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. He has been in constant communication regarding DMV paperwork and sent me a 2nd set of temp tags since DMV is behind and mine are set to expire. The cars are all well presented and the showroom is very nice, with plenty of refreshments in the seating area. I would absolutely recommend!
I love my Porsche Cayenne! Platinum motor cars really knocked it out of park on this one. I’ve never experienced such a non pressure car purchase. These... guys are great! No pressure. Promptly responsive to initial email query and rapid follow up with a quick call. Drove over in the evening, traded a used Mercedes ML 350... 4Matic, and closed within an hour and half. Visited them to specifically look over and test drive a used 2016 Mercedes Benz GL 550 4matic in late 2019 which has since performed flawlessly. Will visit again and consult regarding future Mercedes purchases or seeking out more difficult to find vehicles such as vintage Porsche, Bentley or Rolls Royce. Clearly the owners are automotive enthusiasts, enjoy selecting their inventory, and seeing their vehicles roll of the lot to appreciative new owners. Small but clean showroom and lot, but compares favorably against other used Mercedes and import auto sellers I have dealt with in northern Virginia. Highly recommend.
I bought my Range Rover sport from Raj in early January. What an amazing experience from start to finish! I love my new car and can’t stress enough how... easy the process was from Platinum. My Rover is one of a kind and so is this dealership! Highly recommend!

BAD BUSINESS. I purchase a 2016 maserati Ghibli on June 1. Next day (June 2) the “check brakes” lights comes on. I was told the car had been inspected... the same day I purchased however, after post delivery inspection was complete (2-3 after purchase) I was told the brake were low at a 3 BUT would pass inspection at a 2. However, the rotors would not pass inspection ( I have receipts and documents of everything mentioned in this complaint.) I could not get a definite response from Rajj (Manager) on what could be done so after about 4 days of this I asked to speak to MAX, the owner. When he got on phone the first thing this guys says is “ DO NOT CALL HERE ASKING ME QUESTIONS. I respond by telling him who I was and what I was calling about. He says, YOU DO NOT ASK ME QUESTIONS, YOU DO NOT CALL HERE ASKING ME QUESTIONS. Then he says if you ask me another question I will hang up the phone. When he realized I would not stop inquiring about these issues he says “He may have the car picked up and brought back to his shop, which at this point, the car was 150 miles away in Hampton VA which was absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. He ends up sending new brakes but would not put them on. Before they put on brakes they tell me, for a second time, that the rotors are bad but now they tell me the exact size of rotors. The rotor are at a 23.2 mm and to pass inspection need to be at 24 or 25mm (I cannot recall exactly.) At this point, realizing what type of individual I was dealing with I record the measuring of rotors to send to MAX for verification…as if a inspected vehicle of 7 days prior was even possible of dropping to this level. I call MAX Directly now, he says it is no possible way this is true when I told him I went to two different shops, have the recipets, and a video of them recording and also have the rotors for verification he says he would call me back. HE BLOCKED MY NUMBER. I called from another number and the what do you know, BLOCKED AGAIN.. At first I am told by Max told me its impossible for rotors to be bad at 27k miles but now when I have receipts to prove inspection should not have passed, I am told I depends on how I drove the car for a full week with half of time it being in the shop – this is from Rajj (the manger) after Max blocked all numbers. A total sham Prior to purchasing this vehicle. I read another bad review of this place. The guy basically says the exact same thing happen to him. He was Told the car was inspected turns out it was NOTand when asked about it MAX BLOCKED HIM. I should have listened. Either way its was no big deal for me. I Just want the public to know the sort of guy (MAX) they were dealing with. I purchased the vehicle as -is BUT inspection was complete same day purchase but the rotors were far below a level of passing at inspection and once told them of this the owner became irate and very unprofessional. Even when told of the receipts and documents proving this they continued to snake and weasel way out of accepting their fault. BAD BUSINESS
