    Truly a wonderful dealership, and it all starts with open communication. Priority Nissan made buying my Frontier pickup a cinch. There was none of the... “hassle/drama” that’s sadly quite frequently an issue. Here civility and respect reign supreme, and they also are very competitively priced. The buying process was actually fun, and also the service department here is outstanding. Thank you Stacy and to the entire service advisor team, as you make this spot shine even more! Your communication and kindness, along with me using a loaner during a long repair to run errands, was truly very gracious. This dealership is impeccably clean, and I also like how technicians point out various parts of the vehicle, and you’ve even taught this old dog some new tricks. It’s my pleasure to recommend Priority Nissan, whether purchasing a car or for service. On my last oil change one of the sales managers talked to my son about some of the high performance cars. He enjoyed this greatly, and I like the friendly atmosphere here.

    I do not appreciate your lack of acknowledgement that there was a misrepresentation of the damages on my vehicle in you last response. Yes, I knew that... there could be potential damages to my vehicle but the representatives should have never given me verbal assurance that "everything is okay", "I have seen cars with way worse damage", "you won't have any major expenses for your wear and tear", "we just looked at your car, and everything is alright". Let me be very clear, I appreciate your follow up responses over the last week, but I do not appreciate your final response that does not acknowledge my claim of misrepresentation. Also, you should never respond to a customer's inquiry with all of the letters in bold font, it leaves a negative impression. I know you have a job to do, and you have colleagues to support but your response was disrespectful and lacking courtesy. It is not about the money for me.

    I've been to 5 different Nissans in northern virginia and Nissan of Chantilly is by far the best one! great service and great people. Recommend working... with Bruno Zambrana, he cares about the customers time and convenience

    I've had Carlos a couple times and he has always been very helpful, and let's me know whatever is going on with my car he is the main reason I comeback... to nissan.

    I went to buy/lease Nissan Leaf. Overall it was a good experience with Daniel Banicevic, who patiently explained all the features of car and helped with... test drive. He was very transparent and and walked me through the lease terms. He was polite and did not bully me into buying or misrepresenting facts. A few days after I took the car on lease, I discovered that the charger was not new. Daniel promised to get me a replacement and followed through to make sure I got the new charger. I strongly recommend working with Daniel Banicevic, he cares about the customers and is a honest sales guy.

    Hello guys! I would like to share an experience with this showroom out there in Chantilly! The employees there are really are dis respectful! They have... got least knowledge about their products! I had a very bad experience today! They have insulted me in a very bad way! No matter who ever the customer you need to have patience and respect their business! Even if i visit the showroom in a smaller car, they have to be humble with the customers. I highly recommend everyone not to visit this Chantilly Nissan Dealership! I felt very bad the way they go through the process! Being a layman you need to explain the customer the terms and conditions! The agents in this showroom are disrespectful and don't really know how to deal with the customer! /----------*PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP-----------*/

    Just had another great experience with Nissan of Chantilly. New tires, breaks, break flush, alignment etc. As usual, the staff was helpful, I was provided... a loaner since my tires were ordered and my repairs went smoothly. I have purchased both a Pathfinder and Maxima here and continue to get my vehicles serviced here. They make it an easy choice and take very good care of me.

    I've never believed in taking my cars to dealers for repairs, maintainance, or oil changes but after buying my Versa here.....I haven't taken it anywhere... else. Jenny Harbin always helps me out for Express service and I don't think I've ever seen her in a bad mood and she's always extremely helpful. The prices and service here make it easy to come back for service!

    Great buying experience! David Cox was great. He was really patient with me and didn't mind my multiple trips to the dealership, let me test drive multiple... cars on the same day, helped with the decision process between the Rogue and the Murano and wasn't pushy at all. The process of me buying a car took over 3 months (it's a hard decision for me) and David never pressured me to buy. Additionally, Josh the sales manager gave me a great deal on the Murano SL. I have USAA pricing and he was able to go lower than that! Overall great experience.

    My service experience at Priority Nissan Chantilly was exceptional. My service advisor, Stacey King, was very courteous and explained the work that needed... to be done. She was also very thoughtful and brought me my hot coffee that I forgot and left in the car. I was able to access the internet and take care of some tasks while waiting. The work on my car was completed in minutes and returned to me washed and shining. Ms. King ensured that all aspects of my service experience achieved high standards.
