Bought a used 2011 Honda Pilot from McKays Chevrolet. Had an issue with a dent and Darius the sales manager said to get it fixed and he would pay for it.... I live in PA. so I got it fixed for a few hundred dollars and after numerous phone calls they still will not pay my garage and only give me the runaround.
I took my truck to McKay for service. I told them I didn't want to simply change out parts, but to fix the underlying problem. That's why I went to a dealership... instead of a neighborhood mechanic. They replaced parts, charged me a ton of money and didn't fix my problem. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they actually LIED and said that they told me my truck required additional work, which the invoice clearly shows is false. They are incompetent and dishonest.
My salesperson Andrea Rodriguez was awesome. The general manager Ken Richardson and finance Dianna were all professional and customer oriented.
Found a Suburban they were listing online. Price on Cars.com was different than price on McKay's website. When i inquired salesperson was baffled. After... checking with GM of dealership the higher price was actual UNLESS I qualified for other incentives. Nowhere on the site shows this. Buyers beware.
If I could give these idiots a -10 I would. I went into the dealership on a Saturday to inquire about turning in my parents 2015 Malibu whose lease was... soon to expire and then my purchasing the vehicle. I wanted to purchase the car because it had very low mileage and I knew how well my parents maintained it. I had already spoken to GM financial who told me that such a transaction could be done and to take it to a Chevy dealer. The manager at Jim McKay said that he had never heard of doing a transaction such as this and that because it was Saturday there was no one he could check with to see if it was feasible. He advised me to call back on Monday. When I called on Monday he told me that he couldn't help me and that no one had ever heard of doing this type of transaction. So I called my dealership (Moore Cadillac) who actually took all of the information over the phone and transferred everything over to me. Since then I have received a Notice of Adverse Action letter stating that I had applied for a car at Jim McKay and was denied for poor credit. I did not authorize them to run an inquiry nor did I fill out a credit application. I was only there less than 30 minutes. The inquiry is showing up on my credit report. When I called to ask them to contact the credit bureau and have the inquiry removed I was told by Timothy Lee (Gen, Sales Mgr) that there was nothing that he could do about it. I consider this very poor service on so many fronts and bordering on fraud since they were not authorized to perform any type of inquiry on my credit and then have the audacity to show that they denied me. I plan to escalate this to the GM Corporate offices!
Mike Ramey and his co-workers again exceeded my expectations.. I have had Mike as my service advisor for many years and for many more to come.
Don't buy from the less than a day later after buying my truck from them both 02 lights came on and they want fix it

Oil was leaking from our 2017 Chevrolet Cruz. We bought it in to be serviced two weeks ago and as of two days ago, my husband said it?s still leaking,... and compared to the fresh stains I took pictures of yesterday, they did not do a very good job of repairing the problem. We are NOT HAPPY at all. Tired of making numerous trips there and for a 2017 mind you. The last issue was a mechanical error with our engine and they did not contact us about it until the day we got there for service. WE called THEM. So, here we go again with another service call. It?s getting old now.
Worst car dealer ever!!! All the negative reviews are not false, but do show a pattern of deception. Chevy should not let them sell their cars period.... They new I was not happy and found a way that I didn't get customer satisfaction survey so I couldn't complain to GM... run from this dealer even if you think your getting a good deal chances are you will do much better somewhere else.
