Durango

Safford staff went above and beyond to provide us with a nice used Durango. From our sales consultant Tara Fitzgerald to the used car manager Demetri and the finance person Donna. All xxxxxxto the entire bunch. Was a fantastic, expeditious and overall above all expectations. It was not as good as it should have been. The communication from the department was terrible. I will not be using this service again.

Dart recall

Accurate timeframe quoted. Waited in the lobby. The shop was bigger and more equipped than I imagined. It was raining that day and it was nice to pull up in the breezeway and not get wet. They advised a coolant flush and the pricing was reasonable.

Great service experience

I called in to the service department early Friday morning. I am new to Salisbury MD. I realized that morning I had a headlight out, need wipers it’s pour down raining. Will, the customer service rep fit me right in to be serviced. Thank you Will for the awesome experience.

New struts needed on 2017 Dodge Ram

Our service advisor Jen is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to make us feel well taken care of. As soon as I see her face I know it's going to be ok and she will have gone down every avenue available to save us money. Like calling the warranty company.
