On Monday , July 21 my tire pressure indicator alarm light came on. I Received excellant help in a timely manner from Jules Coy, senior advisor.
The sales person that I worked with told me that he would call me back after talking to his manager about the price but never got back to me until I called... him 3 days later. He said he'd call me back in 5 minutes, never did and I had to call him back. He then tells me that his sales manager will be calling me in 10 minute, but he never calls me either. I called again the next day and the sales person says that they can do the price that I was asking so I schedule to go. 2 minutes later calls back to tell him he told me the wrong price and that its now $200 more. We agree to meet half way. Went in to do paperwork and mid-way of my credit application the sales manager comes and says "Sorry we added 2 loyalty discounts so we can't do this price. If you want this you have to pay $30 more a month." Unless you want a dealership that wastes your time, lies to you, and never calls back when they say they will I would avoid. I told the sales person if you can't do the price let me know and I can go elsewhere, but he insisted they could and ended up wasting my time.
Tish Thompson was great to work with when we bought our new Honda Pilot. We traded in our 2000 Oydessy van. A lot of new features have been added onto... cars since then! Tish was great showing us how to use them and offered to show us more if needed. She called back a few days later to see if we had questions. Tish was great, very helpful and very pleasant to work with in the whole buying process. Would highly recommend Tish!
Worst place for cars shopping staffs are rude include the general manger and finance manger. I had my own check and didn’t accept it. ..
Best place to buy a car. The salesman Mr Saeed Movahedi is so knowledgeable and helpful .this branch should be proud of having this guy .and Mr Jay Palani... who helped for finance is so proficient. Excellent experience with them.Deal with them and save your time and money and feel you are winner.
Absolute swindle. This shop charged my father nearly $700 for lubrication and engine fluid replacement oil change. I called the service center and instructed... them to cease work on my car, but they refused, and now I am out $700 for what should have cost $300, at most. I am livid. Save your money and go to Costco.
Within 2 weeks of purchasing a car from them my transmission starting slipping when I put the car in park. They tried to tell me that the grinding and... jerking of the car that I felt was perhaps a "feature" of the car. All they did was add transmission fluid. I will continue to try to get them to fix it since it's still under the 30 day warranty but they are trying to brush me off. Disgusting business practice.

I purchased a vehicle in June and I am yet to get the title document. Several calls and no one seems interested in helping. I guess the attention only... last only up until one parts with money. I am seriously disappointed and very frustrated.
I have been purchasing cars for many years and have seen disturbing trends in new car sales. Expecting to be jerked around, I ventured out to purchase... a new 2018 Civic. Went to Chantilly Honda and they broke from the pack right out of the gate with my initial interaction with Jamal Edmonds (GM). Jamal took great care of me and handed me off to Justin Sproles to test drive the car. I explained I was going to obtain quotes from multiple dealers and they said that no one will beat their price (yeah, right...heard that a million times). They were right...I asked for quotes via email and Chantilly was the lowest with no negotiation....not by hundreds of dollars, thousands. Very impressed...
