The seller agent Moe was fantastic. No problem with not the buying process but after the fact. My car was getting leather fixed as part of the deal because... the car had damage leather. Days later I came to pick up the car to drive off the lot for the first time. 10 to 20 miles after the TPMS sensor came on. I ran a scan tool to see what was going on and indicated that the sensors have failed. Even more concerning it showed that the car would not pass emissions because there was a problem with the catalytic converter. That piece cost several thousand dollars on top of the labor. Don’t buy used cars from here. It’s gonna cost you more than the cost of the car in repairs.
I recently bought a car from Honda of Chantilly about a week ago and this by far has been the worst experience I've had in a car dealership. From the sales... consultant to the sales manager to the finance manager, it was all a horrible experience. First of all, the sales associate showed me a different car (same model and color) and ended up selling me the one that had scratches inside and was dirty. I contacted the dealership when i realized and they refused to even do a detail cleaning saying they can't do anything even though it was their sales associate's mistake. Instead the manager didn't even bother calling me back and ended up having the finance manager let me know they couldn't do anything. They have the worst customer service and blame the customer for their mistakes. Do not go here.
Tish Thompson was great to work with when we bought our new Honda Pilot. We traded in our 2000 Oydessy van. A lot of new features have been added onto... cars since then! Tish was great showing us how to use them and offered to show us more if needed. She called back a few days later to see if we had questions. Tish was great, very helpful and very pleasant to work with in the whole buying process. Would highly recommend Tish!
I recently bought a call from Honda Chantilly and this is my 1st Honda purchase; and 4th brand new car to buy (all previous car I bought were Toyota) and... this by fat has been the worst experience I've had in a car dealership. There were so many instances where I just wanted to walk out of the door and call it quit. From the sales consultant to the sales manager to the finance manager; it was just a horrible hand off. One thing that led me to write this review is their refusal to abide by the agreement we had. We agreed on a price with the understanding that I'd get a full set of all season high wall mats for the car. I got home and I come to find that they only gave me the first and second row mats (they were not high wall). I contacted the sales consultant and inquired why they were not placed in the car; he told me that we agreed on only the all season floor mat and the cargo/trunk tray is not included. I have no idea how they came up with this rational. Until now I have not received any followup from the dealership even though I've sent multiple emails to their management about my experience. I await Honda of Chantilly to make the right decision.
MJ Lawson went above and beyond to assist. He is the epitome of Customer Service! He always has a smile on his face and is willing to help in anyway.... He is also helpful to respond back via email whenever I have questions about the service being performed. Highly recommend him if you need to take your car in for service at this dealership.

You get lost in the shuffle. You'll get taken advantage of if you're not paying attention to the details. Don't get swindled. Focus on the important... things.
Went to go look at a vehicle after we checked to see that it was still available (we were told that it still was) since the dealership was over a hour... from were we live. Upon arrival, we were informed that the car was being worked on, that a special part was ordered, and that we could not see the car. We later emailed the same individual we had previously emailed about the car, voicing our displeasure, and merely got some generic email almost a week later in response that they would let us know when the car would be available and that they hoped we would give them another chance...
On Monday , July 21 my tire pressure indicator alarm light came on. I Received excellant help in a timely manner from Jules Coy, senior advisor.
The sales person that I worked with told me that he would call me back after talking to his manager about the price but never got back to me until I called... him 3 days later. He said he'd call me back in 5 minutes, never did and I had to call him back. He then tells me that his sales manager will be calling me in 10 minute, but he never calls me either. I called again the next day and the sales person says that they can do the price that I was asking so I schedule to go. 2 minutes later calls back to tell him he told me the wrong price and that its now $200 more. We agree to meet half way. Went in to do paperwork and mid-way of my credit application the sales manager comes and says "Sorry we added 2 loyalty discounts so we can't do this price. If you want this you have to pay $30 more a month." Unless you want a dealership that wastes your time, lies to you, and never calls back when they say they will I would avoid. I told the sales person if you can't do the price let me know and I can go elsewhere, but he insisted they could and ended up wasting my time.
Worst place for cars shopping staffs are rude include the general manger and finance manger. I had my own check and didn’t accept it. ..
