This recent purchase of our 2018 X3 is our 5th BMW from I.G. Burton and the last four have been with Nate Robinson. He is polite, has a thorough knowledge... of the BMW line of vehicles, is responsible and follows though in a timely manner, and has come to know what features we like/dislike over the years. He is also a BMW owner, which says volumes about his belief and dedication to the product that he sells. Thank you again, Nate, for a beautiful X3 - everyone is loving the Phytonic Blue!

Started with the E350 Class, which was an electronic nightmare. We traded up to the ML350 - mistake, should have gone elsewhere - like Winner or Preston.... Ok, let me set the stage... I receive an email on May 30, 2018 at 11:52am, regarding my overdue spark plug change, mind you - I only have 50k miles on this vehicle. ALL other vehicles go 100k before spark plugs are recommended. On Friday, June 1, 2018 @ 3:18pm, the check engine light came on and my car stalled. I started it and moved to the shoulder and turned on my hazards. The temps were in the high 90s and I had my small dog and no water. I call the MB roadside, they state a tow truck driver is being dispatched. My spouse arrived at 4:05pm (Thank God), because my puppy was panting horribly; and there's nothing within miles! I call MB Roadside back, "Where's the tow truck?" Mind you, I watched 6 tow trucks drive by without cars attached. MB must bid out to the lowest company, because my tow truck would not arrive until 5:25pm - 2 long hours after the initial call. It is now Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 2:26pm; and Ryan within the service department "Claims" my spark plugs are bad??? Seriously -- I need spark plugs days after YOU IG Burton send me an email stating I need spark plugs -- at just over 55k miles? Coincidence -- I do not think so..... Sorry, but if they can unlock your car doors electronically - who knows what else can be done? We are filing a formal complaint against Mercedes Benz, who have walked away from quality - because they only seem to care about quantity anymore. I am DONE and I will be OUT OF THIS CAR BY MONTH'S END!!! Run as fast as you can from the Mercedes name, the repair costs are exorbitant and quite frankly, a complete rip off - today's CHA-CHING for IG Burton to line his pockets, over $574 dollars. Because of our experiences with Mercedes, our second family vehicle that we just purchased is a Lincoln - FABULOUS, AMERICAN MADE with AMERICAN FAIR PRICING ON OIL CHANGES and OTHER REPAIRS - not this A Service or B Service repair recommendation or else, which are ridiculous. Mercedes, if your cars need spark plugs at 50k or the car breaks down - there's is definitely an issue in your design department. One car manufacturer manipulated emissions with their computer boards on all of their models and ALL vehicles pretty much have the ability to have MB unlock, start and God only knows what else from remote locations - so do they create the malfunction, so you're forced to have your vehicle serviced? I leave you to ponder that thought...... I will find out, this much I can promise you. The ONLY person I value at IG Burton is Brian Sudler, as he's responsive, writes Happy Mother's Day and Happy Birthday text messages - a real gentleman, who cares about PEOPLE - but that relationship is also over, so sorry Brian - you're a great person.

We hope that all of the issues... that you were experiencing as a result of a maintenance concern are now corrected and your vehicle runs as expected! We recommended the spark plug service to you as it is part of the manufacturers recommended service protocol based on estimated mileage. We did not - nor would we ever - manipulate a customer's vehicle to perform below manufacturer expectations. Our number one objective is to ensure that your vehicle is running appropriately and that we are notifying you of manufacturer-recommended services when needed. We place far more value in your trust than we do in recommended services and we are sorry if at any point it seems as though we were attempting to manipulate you or your vehicle in order to perform a service. We also apologize that at any point you felt as though you've been misled by ourselves or the Mercedes-Benz brand. Our goal was to ensure the proper functionality of your vehicle based on manufacturer guidelines and to recommend services when the time is appropriate. We appreciate your kind words for Brian and we hope that we have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.
I worked with Nathaniel Robinson to turn in my old lease and enter into a new one for a 2018 X3. Nate exceeded expectations in all steps of the process.... His calm and highly professional demeanor is coupled with thorough knowledge about the vehicle and the steps to follow in leasing. When others needed to be consulted either at the dealership or at BMW by phone, Nate communicated clearly and followed through on every detail. He gave me clear, accurate answers to every question. I’m not one to review a car dealer but for these guys, Daniel, Kurt and Rick, I will give my feedback. These guys go out of their way to structure a good... deal. Daniel my sales guy is a great communicator, Kurt the sales manager tries very hard to satisfy and when signing paperwork with Rick in the finance department, he makes it easy and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend dealing with these guys, you won’t regret it.

I have had 4 to 5 BMW's, all purchased through I G Burton. All my experiences have been great! My most recent trade of my BMW convertible to an X3, has... been awesome, per usual, as I would expect nothing else! My trade-in was a bitter sweet one going from the 4 series hardtop convertible, which I loved, into an X3, however, my client advisor Nate Robinson was more than helpful in selling me on the X3 and told me I would love it. He pointed out all the positive benefits of going into this vehicle. My main concern was getting into a bigger car to be able to transport more, including my family, especially my "grands." On the day I traded in my convertible for my X3, Nate spent some quality time with me and sat in my new car explaining how everything worked. It was a very informative time well spent. I tried to absorb as much information as I could. When we were done, he encouraged me to let him know if I needed to come back and go through any of these things again. He was always there for my questions followed by answers and most of all his patience, as I am sure there were repeat questions that I asked. I am a very proud owner of my new X3 and am really enjoying my new car. It has come up to all of my expectations: comfort and dependability! Most of all, I would recommend an X3 to anyone looking for a "state of the art" vehicle. The car drives beautifully. Not only has Nate been there for me, but his support and patience has been very much appreciated. I can't seem to say enough positive things about him. I feel like I am living the life!

James Bechard made our first Mercedes buying experience very stress free. He is very knowledgable of the Mercedes and answered all our questions. James... is very customer service oriented. He kept us updated with the delivery date and had everything in order when we arrived to pick up our new GLE 43. This of course made the final deal so easy. James has continued to keep in contact with us on the many aspects it takes in owning our first Mercedes. Nate Robinson worked with me all week to help me find the prefect car for my family! He was very professional and educated about the cars! I will definitely... recommend him to everyone I know looking for a new or used car. I did go to IG Burton BMW but walked out with a Toyota Camry, so they have everything not just BMW's. I was very impressed how he made me feel like I was his only customer that week.
