My husband and I had the greatest experience with Sales consultant, Ms. VIctoria Hughes. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable with all areas of the VWID4, courteous, and very patient. Ms. Hughes gave us a complete tutorial of workings of the vehicle on the date the lease was finalize, and called to check to make sure everything was going well. We asked Ms. Hughes if we could come for another tutorial and she gladly said yes and invited us back for additional teaching on operating this vehicle properly. While we were there the second time she offered and charged our vehicle at the dealership. I don't know what position Ms. Hughes hold at Pohanka VW, but while we were there several of her colleagues came over to her with their tablets asking her advice on a work related issue, she politely excuse herself and helped her co-worker, always sending them away with a smile and a THANK YOU. Ms. Hughes is an amazing employee who truly demostrates that she can handle many tasks at one time without showing frustration or being overwhelmed. In closing I would like to say I had to phone her one night after work hours to ask a question regarding the vehicle and she again was very polite, courteous, and professional in answering my concern. Ms. Hughes is an invaluable employee, and it because of her dedication to her job and making sure her customers well taken care of that I would recommend Pohanka VW to others.

I got a car from the Pohanka VW Capital heighs May of 2019 and was very disappointed with the customer service and also that I had to take the car back a few weeks after getting it because of a dead battery with corrosion on it went dead weeks after I got it. Do turst these people.

These guys were great. The salesman was kind and listened to what I wanted. I’ll definitely go back if I decide to get a VW, which is more likely now. My only complaint is that they made excuses about matching their advertised price because of including all of the rebates. I expect my dealers to deal.

Purchased a new Jetta from Wayne at Pohanka. Walked through the deal over the phone and he had everything set up when I got to the dealership. Process was easy and enjoyable. Staff was very nice. Would recommend to family and friends.

I received sub par, inconsistent communication and quality of service from the staff throughout my repair process. I took my vehicle in to have the sunroof repaired on April 12, 2017. I was informed a module required to complete the repair and the part needed to beordered. It was my understanding such was done on April 14, 2017; however, as the day of this entry May 8, 2017. I have spent roughly $1500 and I am STILL uncertain of the status of the delivery of my part and my sunroof remains broken; which I find absurd and appalling. Neither the parts nor service manager have attempted to contact me with any update. As a customer, I should not have to initiate contact or follow up to obtain a status update with the staff; I would think it would be the opposite. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

Gerald Tanksley will make the process a million times better and easier. Haven't met someone even outside of car dealerships as nice as he is.

From the moment I met Desmond Young, he has been warm, patient, and helpful. He answered my questions without a grudge. Quite knowledgeable about his trade too. I am impressed with him.

Tiya Harris, the lead sales associate, and the rest of the team were fantastic. They fully understood our needs and financial requirements and worked swiftly to get close to our strike price on the first round. Tiya then spent time setting up the bluetooth and walking us through the technical bells and whistles of the car before we left the lot and AFTER the dealership closed at 9:00 pm. Amazing she was willing to spend another 30 minutes with us after a long day. She also introduced us to the "My VW" website that had all kinds of "how to" videos and advice about the car. Very thorough and thoughtful young lady.

When I had previously went to two other dealerships and no one was willing to make a great deal with me on a new Jetta ---I went to Pohanka Volkswagen and the team members and carsales person worked out a wonderful deal with me on a brand new Jetta. The service they provided was breathtaking. The professionalism displayed at this dealership was so welcoming. If you are in need of a vehicle I recommend this dealership. They have nice new cars and used cars. Good Luck

Thanks to Gambo, I have a car that I love so so much. He was excellent, I came to get one car and ended up getting an even better car. My 2012 Honda rocks. Their staffing was amazing, even though I was a handful they worked with me. I appreciate their help with getting me into my first car.
