This seller has been on Cars.com since May 2020.
Nissan of Silver Spring is a new and pre owned car dealership and service center located in the Montgomery County Auto Park in Silver Spring MD. Less than a mile off I-95 and the ICC Rt. 200! As a newer dealership we are working toward building a long standing customer base by offering what others don't. From overnight test drives free personal deliveries and going to any means necessary to get you the exact specifications we are most proud of our ability to make customers see and feel like the most important aspect to our business; because they are. We offer free service w/ loaners car washes and more. Closed first two Sundays monthly

I had some maintenance done on my car and it was

I had some maintenance done on my car and it was relatively easy. I didn't even have to wait much longer. Bryan was friendly and nice. My overall experience was great and hassle free. Thank you!

This was almost as painless as car buying experience I’ve

This was almost as painless as car buying experience I’ve ever had. The sales person Richard was polite and engaging, not overbearing and the finance team worked with me to get a decent price. Overall, I would recommend this team immediately.

I can't speak for Sales, and we've only been here once

I can't speak for Sales, and we've only been here once for service, but the issue we brought our vehicle in for turned out to be complex and expensive. Our Service Advisor, Bryan, seemed genuinely committed to making sure our problem was resolved satisfactorily and that we were treated fairly (I assume others he coordinated with deserve credit as well, but he was the person we interacted with). If my experience was typical for this Service Dept, I would definitely recommend them to others. Nissan N AM & Jim Coleman Nissan should know that providing service like this is the way to build customer loyalty. Our whole adventure was not fun, and it was still quite expensive, but Bryan and his colleagues did the best they could (which turned out to be quite good) to make things better.
