    NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. THEY KNOW HOW TO DESTROY YOUR PEACE OF MIND. Our worst experience continues. Bought a new car on 30th Nov 2020... with a temporary tag dated Dec30, 2020. 1st reminder by phone to Grey, who was our sales representative : 13th December 2020 Respond; The tag will be sent by overnight FedEx, tomorrow: TAG NEVER ARRIVED.. 2nd reminder to tag service department: 29th December 2020: Respond; It will be sent by overnight FedEx, tomorrow: TAG NEVER ARRIVED.. 3rd reminder to tag service department: 4th January 2021: Representative, Kelly who also ensured to put a note for Tatyana so that she could work on our temporary tag to be sent by FedEx in the morning. TAG NEVER ARRIVED.. 4th reminder to tag service department: 7th January 2021: Representative Carolina. Tag taking time for Maryland. O, you don't have the temporary tag; I can take care of that. TAG NEVER ARRIVED. So, the ultimate outcome is our new car is sitting not known how long it will sit like this with the expired tag.

    We bought our car on 30 th November 2020. Greg was the sales person. He assured that tag will be reached in time. NO it was not. 12/14/2020 my husband... called him and gave a reminder. NOTHING happened except the same assurance. He called back on 12/29/2020. Assured an overnight shipping of the tag. Today, our car is simply sitting uselessly because of the irresponsibility of the Dulles Subaru staff. We have been through similar attitude with our earlier purchased of a car and mentioned this time we didn't expect the same irresponsible service. But they continue to do so. Once the sell is done their attitude towards customer care is simply disgusting.

    Dulles Kia sold me a Maintenace Plan for $1,494 claiming that since my daughter was in college and didn't live near us, she would be able to take her car... to any KIA dealership and get her maintenance without spending a dollar. I purchased the Premium plan. However, according to KIA Headquarters, Dulles Kia entered the information incorrectly in the system and the maintenance plan is reflected as the basis plan vice the premium. As such, I essentually paid almost $1500 for four years of oil changes. Dulles Kia has refused to call me back, I placed a complaint with KIA Headquarters and was told that the General Manager would call me, but it's been weeks and no one has called me back. I do not recommend this dealership.

    PLEASE DONT BUY YOU NEXT CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Yesterday talked to 3 different people one was melissa tranfered me to CHRISTOPHER WAY and finally... to liva a mgr in Chrysler side. told them i was driving 3 5 hrs to there dealership to by 2003 avalanche. Liva said she would make sure Christopher would have it ready .talked to him numerous times texting to make sure was there yesterday text hi. At 8 am sais was there text him 830 otw he said ok. Told him i would be there by 1230 said ok. At 1219 pm now that i traveled 3.5 hours to buy the car he yext me sold. was assured that it would be there by 3 people DROVE 3.5 HOURS ONE WAY AND THEY SAID SORRY .RIGHT THEY KNEW I WAS COMING .DONT BY A CAR FROM SALES PERSON CHRISTOPHER WAY HE COULDNT EVEN FACE ME TO TELL ME .IF THEY HAD EVEN ASK FOR ME TO GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT THE DIDNT CARELESS DEALERSHIP AND THE OTHER REVIEWS SAY SAME STUFF ..SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR CAR NEEDS ....

    Awesome Service! I know all the service advisors and they are great. Scott has assisted me with car service for over 5 years. He will take care of you... like you are family. Thank you Dulles Subaru! I am so happy with them all that I decided to purchase my new car for as my retirement gift! . Car salesman Mr. Sami is wonderful and I have known him for 5 years as well. As for finance.. Mr. Clifford is also awesome. Treating customers like family is everything. It's a win win all around, So happy! and safe thanks to Dulles Subaru.

    I have been going to the dealership for few years, always had free oil change for life of the vehicle . Apparently, they were able to see my VIP oil change... in the system but they could not honer that anymore because of the new management team and the new rules were to have paper certificate in order to provide free oil change. I am due for a car replacement, but for sure I know which dealership is not going to be on my list. Otherwise , I love my Outback
