I had visited another Kia dealership the day before & did

I had visited another Kia dealership the day before & did not have a good experience. My experience at Herson's was the complete opposite. Keith was great! He answered all of my questions, was extremely patient & thorough. I would definitely recommend Herson's!!

appointment was easy to schedule. regular maintenance service completed plus 2 recall items addressed and they washed my car! courteous, pleasant & professional.

After sale has proven really bad.

After sale has proven really bad. Forgotten to provide me with the info on Maryland state tax refund, I called, left messages and now that I bought the car (next day!!) neither Jorge, Kwesi or Kevin provide me with the information about it. Simple thing to do, make the client happy, but since the car was sold, that is it. Frustrating… Just sales talk it seems
