The dealership’s atmosphere is luxurious and inviting, making you feel right at home. The General Sales Manager, Bruce, even introduced himself and welcomed my wife and I, in. The staff, particularly my brand ambassador, Marty, was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Porsche lineup. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect model that suited my needs. I truly felt like they cared about my preferences and weren’t just trying to make a sale. The transparency in pricing was refreshing. There were no hidden fees or surprise costs – everything was laid out clearly. I also appreciated the thorough test drive experience which allowed me to really get a feel for the car. Gen (Finance), was able to provide a very aggressive rate, that beat my credit union. Gen, provided options for warranty’s and various other packages. At no time, did I feel as though I was pressured, into buying anything. Overall, I highly recommend Porsche of Silver Spring for anyone looking to buy a Porsche. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and I left feeling excited about my new car and confident in my purchase.

I decided to buy a Porsche Macan at Porsche Silver Spring after visiting several car dealerships. I knew I would buy a Macan but didn't know from where. My final decision was based on the general atmosphere of the dealership, the approachability of the sales team, the level of knowledge of the sales person, his patience in answering all questions and my confidence that support would continue beyond the sales date. All of the factors mentioned were simply outstanding. Believe me, this is not always the case. Also I appreciated the attractiveness, cleanliness and comfort of the dealership. After DeAndre Briscoe, our phenomenal salesperson, showed us a new Macan, I loved the added features. Even though I changed my mind about the color several times, I felt no purchasing pressure. Aside from his technical knowledge about Porsches, DeAndre has a great personality which helps in times of stress, like purchasing! It was also a pleasure to meet Kevin Yi, the Sales Manager as well as Bruce Kim, General Manager who congratulated us on our purchase and reassured us of the support from Porsche Silver Spring.
