Was told I would receive a call from a salesman about a specific car I was interested in and never heard a thing. Hmmm? Couple thousand dollar used car wasn't worth a fancy Audi salesmans time. Not enough commission. I get it. I won't bother with that place again.

Last Sunday Matthew Ryan helped me purchased a Mazda

Last Sunday Matthew Ryan helped me purchased a Mazda MAZDA6 and the process went extremely smoothly. He guided me through all of the steps, did an amazing job at giving me a tour of the vehicle, very informative, DEFINITELY knows what he's doing and has a really great personality from the start to end! This is one of the best dealerships I've been to and If I could I would want Matthew Ryan as my salesman every time I purchase a vehicle.

Had a great experience purchasing an A5 from Matt Ryan. He helped me navigate all the options on the lot, explaining the pros and cons of each car. Then led me through the financial transaction, which was fast and easy. Will definitely be a repeat customer with Matt.

Audi Tysons Corner is the kind of dealer that gives car

Audi Tysons Corner is the kind of dealer that gives car dealers and car salesmen a bad reputation. They have a car advertised for $20,500. Frist they just gave me a trade in price for my car. When I asked if there were dealer add ons like so many dealers have. they would not lett me and wanted me to drive over 3 hours each way. After asking about add ons one or 2 more times they sent me a price without my trade and with 2 dealer add ons one was for $650.00 and another for $995.00. I am a senior and have probably had over 80 vehicles and have never seen anything as dishonest as that. If I had to rate them from one to 10, 10 being the best I would give them a minus 0. The car is a 2017 Mustang. Have a copy of the contract they emailed me and tried to attach it here.

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

Negotiated in advance. Spent only two hours at the dealership. Very polite, respectful, and considerate team members. Best car buying experience ever- usually I am quite upset afterwards but not today!

I recently purchased a new 2024 Audi S5 from Audi of

I recently purchased a new 2024 Audi S5 from Audi of Tysons Corner, right off the showroom floor. Initially, the experience was fantastic. The sales representative was great and made all transactions easy, and the financing department was also efficient and professional. However, my excitement was short-lived. Just a day after purchasing the car and about 150 miles into ownership, the car developed creaking and cracking noises from the passenger side. This noise was so irritating that I decided to return the car to the dealer two days later. The dealership took me through the usual routine of trying to fix the issue, but ultimately, their mechanic deemed the car "sounded normal." This was far from the quiet interior I expected, especially given my long commutes. Disappointed and frustrated, I ended up losing a significant amount of money on the car. In the end, I went around the corner and purchased a Toyota, which works perfectly and has a quiet interior. My advice: be cautious and consider all options carefully before committing to a purchase here.
