My husband and I purchased a CPO 2022 Black Label Lincoln Navigator from Ted Britt Ford, Chantilly on March 1, 2024. There were a few cosmetic flaws that the dealership agreed to fix which ended up taking over 3 weeks to get someone to fix the wheel scuffs and interior dings. Finally picked the car up the end of March, 2024. They also agreed to provide floor mats (which were listed on the invoice) but I had to return from NC to northern Va to pick them up (April 12, 2024) because they had not ordered during the 3 weeks they were working on the SUV. When I picked up the floor matts I shared with our salesman (Jordan) that the interior tailgate that had been repaired was painted and now starting to come off. He said he would talk with the manager and have it addressed. It is now June 17, 2024 and we called many times and gotten the run around (appears there is a lot of turn over as we have spoken with a couple of different managers since March who are no longer working there.) Now they want me to drive 290 miles to let them 're-paint' it. According to a local Lincoln dealership, interior trim should never be painted (as it will bubble and peel with temperature changes) I would not recommend working with Ted Britt Ford Chantilly as they appear to be kind and accommodating but lack follow up and communicating with the customer. Not to forget that they will allow third party vendors to do inappropriate, 'shoty' work on a CPO/new car. Pictures posted to google review.

I purchased a new Mustang from them with no real issues,
I purchased a new Mustang from them with no real issues, but they pushed the extended warranty. They said if we sold the car or changed our mind it would be easy to get back the refund. It’s been 4 months since I traded my Mustang for something better for my new baby on the way, and I have been emailing and calling with little to no response. In fact this week I emailed and left a voicemail (cause no one answers) and no response. I was able to eventually get the required documents for the refund on gap and extended warranty about 2 months ago from Peter Valasquez and another saying Make Wise was supposed to process it, but no one will respond to even tell me if they got the paperwork and I have not received the refund. Very frustrating and makes me not want to buy our next ford from them. I also would not recommend them due to poor customer service. If you say something, stand by your word. This is not easy like you promised.

Steer clear of this dealer! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
They take your money and GHOST you. Nearly $80k and they don’t have the courtesy to call back. Two months and still unable to drive this vehicle due to their incompetence.

Horrible dealer
Had finance all set up with the dealer to buy an F150 and was coming into the dealership the next day to buy it and they called me and told me they sold it! I was able to negotiate a price with them for a used F150 ( they wanted to charge a pre delivery inspection of $1600 🤣) and was able to negotiate the price of the vehicle minus their “PDI” charge. I had to pick up my daughter so they told me to complete financing and they would mark the vehicle as sold and I could pick it up the next day. Completed financing and was told everything was good with excellent credit. They said the vehicle was secure and that I could pick it up the next day. Got a call from them the next day right before I was about to leave stating that the vehicle was sold! The best part was that they tried to sell me another vehicle that they had! My guess was they got some sucker to pay their PDI charge 🤣. Don’t deal with this dealer, one of the worst I have seen in a long time.

TERRIBLE
We are switching over car companies because they have the absolute MOST TERRIBLE service I have ever received. Good luck trying to get any help besides buying a car. One ring to sales they answer but anyone in service is nowhere to be found. They will all be back some other day. So will the manager of the place. Like HILARIOUS. They cannot provide me with the part to pass STATE INSPECTION. So I called corporate and this lady tells me I should get a rental car and that at this time they cannot provide me with any service. They will not offer me any assistance while my car is out of inspection due to the part they cannot provide the customer. But I should spent my own money on a rental. She hung up on me. and told me she is the case manager. Like just HILARIOUS GROUP of people that claim they care about their customers. I do appreciate the gentleman in sales who did assist me in being able to get in touch with someone from service who again said would call back but NOTHING.

Four hours? For a service? With an appointment?
More than a week ago, I made an appoint to get my F150 serviced and to have the dealer look over a recall issue that I had received a notice about. When I arrived today, I was told that I’d be waiting at least three or four hours. At other dealerships, I’ve never waited more than 45 minutes or an hour to get my truck serviced. I told the service rep that I didn’t want to wait four hours and I’d just get it serviced somewhere else, he pointed and said it’s still parked right there. Pretty clear that they don’t give a xxxx. My time is valuable to me. If yours is valuable to you, do yourself a favor and don’t bother going to Ted Britt Ford for service and repairs.

They insisted that I take their loan and danced around giving me my car key back. After finally leaving the store I find that they had taken my tags off my car resulting in me having to find my tags inside the store. Over all felt like I was going to have to fight my way out of the store.

wow. look at what the sales people said. "we don't really need that sale" then guys, lets not do business at this dealership. They don't need sales. my offer was very reasonable and they said no just cause they are greedy in profits.

Bought a new F-150
Bought a new F-150 Platinum. Had some challenges with the prep and delivery, but the General Sales Manager stepped up and made it right. Very pleased with their responsiveness. The price I paid was fair, so no complaints at all. I appreciate when a dealer is sincerely interested in my satisfaction.

Awful experience. They agreed to take a deposit from me to hold the vehicle for me yesterday afternoon. I gave them the required Credit Authorization Form and the salesman, Chris Vanmeter, confirmed with me. When I arrived today, the van was gone. They told me they sold it regardless of having agreed to hold it for me until this morning. The manager, Jon Halim, was absolutely no help. The salesman who sold it to me wasn’t even here to tell me himself. Nobody called to notify me the van was sold so I drove all the way here to the dealership only to find out this morning they sold it out from under me. Absolutely dishonest staff members, and I advise everyone to RUN in the other direction!
