I ask for a walk out the door price and was not given...

I ask for a walk out the door price and was not given that after the first contact. I had to ask them to add the taxes, title and tags. They also added a large freight charge and I felt that they misleadingly put a small price online to get you to contact them.

Earlier this month, I made an service appointment for a problem with my 2021 Sentra. The 1st problem was that the service dept was operating on a first come first serve basis. My car's "turn" did not come until over an hour after my appt time. I was then told that a sensor was bad and it would be received and installed the next week. It is now into week 3 and I have heard nothing from your service dept. Also, I was told a software update was done and now my dash display goes dark when the lights are set on automatic, which I normally do at all times. Now I have to operate my lights manually, if I want a dash display in the daytime. I have purchased 4 cars at Sheehy Manassas and received excellent service on 3 of them. I can tell you now that my recent service experience will be a factor when I am ready to purchase again

Nissan Kicks

Our buying experience at Sheehy Nissan was absolutely phenomenal. Our sales agent Michael Zoide was quite professional, knowledgeable and patient. He offered us options and we were able to purchase a 2021 Nissan Kicks that fit perfectly into our budget. Silvana was quite instrumental in finding us the best financing institution.

Horrible Service

Been waiting over 2 months to receive my tags and registration. My 60 day temporary tags are now expired which means I cannot drive the vehicle. I cannot get help from their management team or the general manager.

NOT WORTH THE HARASSMENT

Never Again. Even though the sales guy Hudson has been amazing ( I purchased 3 cars from him), I would never buy from Sheehy again. The whole tag and title process was screwed up by their office and then to have Curtisa to lie on me and say she told me how to fix their mess. This was the worse customer service I ha e ever re eived. Almost 4 months trying to fix their mess and all she could say was to call DMV, which I did but she couldn't tell me what she was having problems with so they couldn't help. Then she acted like this was our fault but they screwed up my in-laws registration also. Some manager called me eventually after numerous emails and phone calls and said im sorry I should have gotten involved sooner, and that he thinks the computer system messed it up. That dosent fix the constantant harassment for 3 months even when i was on vacation. Curtisa even told me that if I get pulled over I am illegal and I will be responsible. That woman should find a new career path, she is totally incompetent and has no people skills

Sheehy Nissan is unethical and Unethical!

Sheehy Nissan is unethical and corrupt! They have not sent me my license plate and I am going on needing my 4th dealer license plate. Will be reporting them to DVM of Virginia today!

Don't lose your time driving to this store

I asked to check a 2020 Nissan Versa and they made me drive to the store even though the car was not available to show. I was assured I could make a test drive and get a discount, but the car announced in their webpage was actually in other store. In brief, they make everything they can to have you at the store and make you lose your time discussing cars you are not interested in.
