Bottom line up front... Jake and La'Quisha were very professional and customer-oriented. We were treated respectfully in all our interactions even after... we decided not to buy a used vehicle in their inventory. Details: We were unexpectedly looking for a replacement minivan after ours was totaled. Sheehy had one, but another family bought it before we could. Jake (Internet sales mgr) helped research their affiliated dealership stocks and had a potential van brought in. He and La'Quisha Turner took great care of us and tried to meet our needs without being pushy at all. They offered a very fair price, but the vehicle itself didn't meet our desires due to make and model changes. She wished us well in our search and told us she'd be on the lookout for used minivans that might fit us...she was true to her word and sent a few options. We managed to find a suitable vehicle elsewhere and told her so. She congratulated us, wished us well, and left us alone. I have no hesitation in recommending that anyone looking for a vehicle contact and work with La'Quisha Turner.

Truck I bought had mechanical/electrical issues from the first day I bought it and items in the We Owe were never complete. They had the truck a total... of over 3 months with no proper solution and finally returned the truck. When they returned it, I received no receipt of what was being refunded, and the total refund was a few hundred dollars short of what is was supposed to be. The dealership also never communicated during the process.
TLDR: #1 Waited 40 minutes from arrival to test-drive a car that I wasn't even interested in (the car I saw online wasn't there as advertised) filling... out papers, answering questions about intent to buy and trade-in. #2 The whole time the sales rep appeared to be disorganized, impatient, and incompetent. #3 I felt rushed to make a decision numerous times. (asked me twice, if I'm going to buy or not before test drive, and again after the test drive) #4 seemed evasive and dishonest when I asked questions about trade-in In comparison when I went to Jerry's Ford and BMW in FFX, I was in and out in 30 minutes after a test-drive, appraisal, and subsequent negotiation. // Walked in was greeted by a receptionist and a salesman by the name of Roy came up to me. We exchanged hellos and sat down at his desk, so far so good. I told him that I was there to see a particular vehicle (I was very specific) he looked at his computer for 5 minutes and couldn't find it and asked me for a stock number instead - I should have left this dealership at this point. Took another few minutes to find the car, he left to go get it only to come back a moment later to inform me that the car (which is advertised to be at the location) is not there. I saw a similar car outside the window (same model different trim level) but he insisted that I should drive the one I came in for. As he continued to look on the website, he started to ask me the standard questions about trade-in, bank information, and etc; After I provided all this information, he asked me, "are you gonna buy today?" I was little annoyed by this because at this point I've already waited 30 minutes, I haven't even gone on a test-drive. It came across as self-concerned, impatient, and premature. My car wasn't even appraised yet. If this was to see if I was a serious buyer, I already gave him the lender information and my keys for the appraisal Finally, he pulled up a car that had a color that I said I wasn't interested in, proceeds to hand me over a wrong key, and starts rattling off the standard features that I can read in ten seconds instead of giving me the space and time to explore and learn about the car myself. As I mentioned in the beginning, I was very specific in my description of what I'm looking for which should've tipped him off that I already knew about the car fairly well. Before I left I asked him if they are going to drive my car and have the appraisal done by the time I come back, he answered yes. I'm back in 20 minutes but my car seemed to be in exactly the same spot and position as I had left it, so I asked, "Did anyone drive/appraise my car?" He quickly said yes but seemed to want to avoid the topic. So I asked him again a moment into our conversation, "What's the number for the appraisal?" As I approached his desk I saw that the trade-in paper was still incomplete and didn't have any new information on it. He evaded the question and tried to redirect the conversation toward something else, saying "let's first find a car you like". At this point I felt very uncomfortable to go further in the process due to the incompetence (waiting 40 minutes and filling out papers before a test-drive), evasiveness (when asked about trade-in), sales-before-service demeanor and bad communication (he asked me "are you gonna buy today?" few times and still hadn't answered my question about my trade) All in all, the service and experience was garbage. Roy can't be solely responsible for my experience, I think the whole place is poorly managed. They didn't seem to want to do any work at all before a customer was locked-in a vehicle. I understand, sometimes a car may not in the lot as advertised, there may be confusion, and customers have to wait a long time for a test-drive, however, appearing disingenuous, evasive, to only care about sales, poor service and bad communication is a non-starter for me when buying a car. I'd never buy a car from such a place.

Dealership had been very responsive, but before I traveled to the dealership I received no responses to my inquiries. I was ready to make a purchase,... but lack of communication made me want to back out.
Went to a number of dealerships looking for a raptor. But none shined as brightly as Sheehy.
