A few weeks ago, my husband and I were casually browsing the used car lot at Sheehy Ford when we were approached by Axel Jimenez. He offered to answer any questions we had and assist with test drives. We ended up trying out a few cars and found one we absolutely loved. Throughout the entire process, Axel was fantastic—professional, courteous, and never pushy or aggressive. We truly appreciate all of his help, and he has continued to be responsive and supportive with any questions or needs we've had since our purchase.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience purchasing my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. Axel Jimenez was very accommodating throughout the process. I would certainly suggest asking for him personally when you go in to shop. They even offered do fix a minor ding I pointed out (I would have paid to have it repaired after purchase) at NO CHARGE! Thanks for the great experience and I will send some customers your way as needed.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience purchasing my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. Axel Jimenez was very accommodating throughout the process. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My experience with Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg has been nothing short of a disaster. After paying nearly $9,700 for a full engine replacement on my Ford Escape at just 74,000 miles, I found myself back less than 20,000 miles later dealing with yet another catastrophic failure — this time a cracked flywheel tied to a transmission and torque converter issue that should have never happened if the vehicle had been properly inspected or repaired in the first place. When I reached out to Sheehy Ford for help, I was: Left on hold for 17 minutes with no resolution, Told by a service assistant that someone would call me back "at their convenience" — not mine, Sent to voicemail where even the message said calls would be returned "at their convenience." The service department's attitude toward paying customers is dismissive at best and insulting at worst. Being told repeatedly that my issues would be addressed "at someone else's convenience" while dealing with another major mechanical failure — caused by either Ford's substandard parts or Sheehy’s poor workmanship — is beyond unacceptable. When I finally did speak to someone, I was informed that despite my urgent need for a vehicle (as a solo parent who needs to be in the office every day), there were no loaners available, and I would need to pay out-of-pocket for a rental until they could squeeze me in a week later. Meanwhile, I am burning $50/day simply trying to live my life — with no support or accountability from Sheehy Ford. Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg clearly does not value their customers' time, money, or safety. Their "customer service" is nothing more than passing the buck and dodging responsibility. I will never purchase another Ford or trust another Sheehy dealership. I wouldn’t recommend this service department to my worst enemy. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration — go somewhere else.

I was a loyal Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg customer since 2020, servicing three vehicles with them over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experience revealed a serious lack of care and responsibility. For years, I complained about engine overheating on my 2016 Explorer, but Sheehy’s only solution was to recommend coolant flushes. They never checked the active grille shutters-which turned out to be stuck closed-and never inspected for the high-speed cooling fan relay defect covered under Ford’s CSP 21N01. In March 2023, my A/C compressor burned out, costing me $2,476 in repairs, likely due to unresolved cooling system issues. Even then, Sheehy never identified the root cause. Fast forward to April 2025, I requested CSP 21N01 diagnostics due to an overheating engine light and grille shutter faults. Sheehy refused to help unless I paid $249 for diagnostics, despite Ford’s policy stating that CSP-related diagnostics should be free when symptoms are present. When I visited Lindsay Ford of Wheaton, they immediately replaced the defective relay for free under CSP, no hassle, no extra charges. Sheehy Ford, however, prioritized billing me over fixing the actual issue, even though these problems could have been caught earlier with a simple code scan. After all this, I feel misled and disappointed. Sheehy’s service approach is not customer-centered. They ignored symptoms, missed key issues for years, and pressured me with unnecessary fees. I won’t return here. If you care about your vehicle’s safety and your wallet, look elsewhere.
