Wesley Jarvis provided outstanding customer service. He responded to my phone calls and e-mails promptly. When I arrived at Sheehy Ford Gaithersburg there were no changes to the deal he proposed on the 2024 Maverick. The quote was what I paid. I live 60 miles away from the dealership. Wesley kept his promise that everything would be finalized as soon as possible to get me back onto I-95 north on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Wesley is a true sales professional.

Drove over an hour for a used car. Just because i was late, someone else was looking at it. Very shady. Sales guy mike said he was sorry but its first come first serve. I reminded him I had appointment. He said that does not hold cars. Why make an appointment if you can sell it to someone else. He offered to have me wait to see if other customer buys the car. What is the point. Forget it. Appointments mean nothing. And just because I was half an hour late, they would not stop the possible sale to other customer. Never again

Needed a new car so i asked my service person at Sheehy who is the best and they connected me with Mike Zeller. And Joe was right, Mike Zeller is the best. After we made the deal, he made sure everything was done extra that I wanted and even brought to my house when done. Thank you Mike Zeller, you are the best!
