    Took my car in and service advisor agreed to add a switch for new lights. Instead, they cut out the lights. No joke, they said they couldn't get a switch!... Overcharged for oil change and acknowledged they were wrong but have refused to process the refund. Won't call back. STAY AWAY! Safford Jeep is great...go there.

    Bad buying experience with Ourisman Ram in Bowie, MD. Gave them an estimate on my trade in vehicle balance and they said they would have to verify and... get the exact balance from Toyota Finance as wel in order to ensure that the complete loan balance was satisified. They failed to do so and only paid the initial estimated amount. I ended up having to pay out of my pocket the unpaid balance of $650.00 to Toyota Finance in order to "clear" me of that loan. Ourisman was unwilling to resolve this and apologized' they said that they weren't able to follow-up with Toyota Finance due to the COVID virus and just went with the initial estimated payoff amount I gave them. No way to do business....

    Called Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Bowie and asked about a $14,500 car web listing on a Sunday. The person on the phone said he would gather some... numbers and get back to me, he never did. I wanted to visit the dealership the same day and the same person encouraged me to visit the next day because everyone was busy and they were closing at 5, my call was placed around 3:20. Called Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Bowie the next day and asked about the listed car's price, they explained the listing price included incentives and I think great; I have excellent credit and money to put down. Tried looking for their incentive criteria online, but none is to be found. Drove 65 miles to the dealership and their starting price was $29,000 minus the “incentive breaks” which then made the listing price $21-$22,000. While I expected to pay more for tags, registration and taxes, I wasn't expecting to pay $7,500 more than the listing price. I don't understand how an online car listing has a difference of $7,500-$15,000 once you’re on site at Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Bowie. I should have been more suspicious when they wouldn't answer my questions directly on the phone or online. I don't care if it is standard for dealerships or Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to list their new car prices with every possible discount to make it appear as if the price of the car is lower than it really is. This is shady on the part of Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Bowie. I'll be going back to Carmax, where what you see is what you get and what you pay for. Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Bowie made it clear why some dealerships have such snaky reputations.

    Unprofessional. I’ve purchased two other cars and don’t recall having such a bad experience. Not going go into all the details. As if getting stranded... in the middle of road test driving a car wasn’t bad enough. They gave me a car with barely any gas. Fast forward, I made a couple attempts to contact the salesman (and other staff/managers) after the purchase. The first time was for a cracked windshield. Took a month to track down the third party. They kept avoiding my calls until I reached the main head office. Second time, was wanting to know when/who I should contact for the permanent license plates so I reach out to the salesman. Mind you, it had been several years since a car purchase so I was unfamiliar with the process. Months elapsed and I finally pulled over by the cops for expired temp tags - leaving me in a compromising position. I lost track and did not realize they expired. Of course, I finally track down the right department only to find out the plates had come in 5 days before I contacted the salesman. Was it so hard for this incompetent sales person to guide me? Funny because they call/reach you non stop to make a sale but are too lousy for a minor customer update when asked. As a test, I tried again but didn’t hear back from anyone. They said the called but not once did I hear a voicemail from them. Avoid this place. .Other places will do better and you don’t have beg for assistance. They’ll do it right the first time. Never buying from Ourisman in general.

    Just bought a Chevrolet SSR retro pick up in the used truck dept. Couldn't be more pleased with this dealership from the sales rep to the manager. After... looking for the SSR for at least 2 years, this one definitely was best overall condition and the deal was the best. BTW: they don't jack up the Internet pricing, and do follow up phone calls My rating for them is A

    Made an appointment for my first oil change and to get two warranty issues looked at. They suggested a noon appointment. After 4.5 hours of waiting, I... ask where my car is and its out back, they hadn't even looked at the warranty issues. When I asked why it was 4.5 hours for an oil change and no one told me the status, I was told "oh, they shouldn't schedule appointments at noon, they know nobody is here." Six days later I'm still waiting on a return telephone call from Levi, the General Manager, who apparently doesn't speak with customers. Find another service center if you want quality service.

    Every person worked as part of an effective team that were excited to get me what I wanted and worked diligently to meet my goal. I bought a new vehicle.... I drive it home and recommended the dealership to my best friend and on the next day she went to them and now we both have new vehicles. Great team!!!

    After my experince last Sunday, I would never dream of buying anything from this dealership. I came into the showroom, pre-approved, and knowing exactly... what I wanted ( a fully loaded Rubicon). They did not have one in stock, which was fine with me, however I was not presented with any additional options to make my purchase. I would think for a $60,000 purchase there would be a little more desire to make the sale. Neither the salesperson, or sales manager offered to search the area for a possible DX, nor was I offered the option to order a 2020. As a result, I have taken my business elsewhere.

    I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle from this location, however I do not live close to the area. I spoke to a salesperson named Raenell who... was very helpful. I would suggest that if you are interested in a vehicle to deal with her. She responded to my text messages and e-mails after midnight and on her days off. Her Sales Manager, Mike Click, however does not share her customer centric focus . I knew I wanted this vehicle and was trying to negotiate a better price when he stopped responding to my e-mails. I am grateful now because I was able to buy a new vehicle from a different location and I am very happy with the purchase. If I had continued to deal with Mr. Click I would have had a vehicle I wanted, with an experience that would have left a bad taste in my mouth.
