Had the best car purchase experience ever at Passport BMW. Chris Sparrow (client advisor) found me the perfect car on the lot, which meant I did not have to order and wait for build time and price increases. This was after working with two other dealers and lots of back and forth. Best price, best trade-in and best financing by far. Process was easy, Chris was extremely responsive and answered all my questions usually within minutes. I was very particular about what I wanted and he understood the mission! Also great experience with the Jeffrey Steel - Finance Mgr. Very professional, quick, easy. I went way out of my way to go to Maryland dealer, but was well worth it!

Rommell Hollins is an outstanding client advisor. Extremely knowledgeable about new and pre-owned certified models. He guided us to the correct decision re: purchase v. lease options. Passport BMW gave us a better trade in value on our 2020 Subaru Outback than even the Subaru dealership. Guess I now just have to learn how to use all the high tech instruments on our new 2025 X1. Rommell pronounced me officially initiated into the BMW family. (No formal ceremony). Better late than never since I have never owned a BMW.

Elias Khairzada is simply the best Client Advisor we have ever met! Domonique provided outstanding customer service and was so attentive to my needs during my time spent at the service department. He is hands down one of my favorite people at Passport BMW. I know I wasn’t the easiest person to deal with on this particular day but he remained patient and ensured that I was a satisfied customer.
