I have had experiences with Ourisman Ford Sales and Service on both a routine and not so routine basis. The sales experience was driven by my need to purchase... a new Escape after my old one was a total write off due to recent flash flooding. The Sales Dept was aggressive in providing the particular car I wanted and also respectfully reticent due to concurrent family issues. My salesmen engaged freely in sharing of their own life experiences and were very patient in the sales process, which included a nearly missed accident during my test drive! The Service department was very competent and proactive in dealing with the older Escape for which included routine maintenance and performing a very rare, complex and time consuming replacement of the catalytic converter (which had not been done either at all previously or infrequently). Many Ourisman Sales and Service personnel provided anecdotal comments to this effect after the fact which I believed. The routine maintenance included oil changes, brake and other checks, tire rotations, software updates , and TSB driven repairs. Most of these activities were done on a "customer waiting" basis and were accomplished in very reasonable elapsed time. My decision to purchase a new Escape was strongly influenced by my Service experiences.
The service provided is always exceptional. I know I can count on Ourisman to keep me safe and worry free about my car. Joon my service rep is always accommodating... and is always a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!

The service department is a "well oiled machine" with genuine concern for customers. Mr. Ko continues to exceed expectations by going above and beyond... to work with customers by articulating clearly and accurately maintenance/service needs. Technician John is professional and honest. The service manager, Chuck, never hesitates to take the time to assist his team and, more importly, talk with the customers. This is a well-run dealership that stands by its work.

I had a simple and short maintenance item but I brought the car within 90 minutes of closing. I?m sure it was past the accepting new work time but they... took it and turned it around. Very considerate of my time to get the car to the shop.

I appreciate the curtesy wash but would love to see the dealer add vacuum and inside window clean. My wife?s infinity dealer does and was surprised it... wasn?t same for Lincoln.

As always excellent service on my car. I like that I can come in the evening and wait for my car to be serviced and everything that needs to be done for... my warranty will be taken care of. Everyone I have dealt with is always so friendly and helpful in answering any questions I may have. Great dealership!!!!
