Scam Artists

Took my car in for two lights which were on the fritz. All it took was to unplug and plug the battery back in. They didn’t do that. Instead, intentionally preyed on my inexperience with Ford auto parts to tell me I’m wrong and get me to buy a 1.2k replacement headlight light and brakes replaced (which weren’t needed). I left with a screeching break pad. When I returned it to them, they said they left a rock in it. I returned for a refund on the light and get the rock removed from under the hood. Servicemen there didn’t like to take accountability for their deceptive advice and treated me like I’m a problem. This happened years ago with my last ford. Same experience, I’m sure I could find it somewhere in Google reviews lol. Either way, scam artists, garbage customer relations, deceptive advisement.

Excellent dealership

Horrible customer service

If you want to wait 3 hours for an oil change and inspection, this is your place. I was told 3 times it would be ready in ten minutes. CSR said I'll be right with you and came back 20 minutes later. I regret buying my Lincoln here.

Overall pleasant experience

I came in with an unusual request, to trade a motorcycle and used truck. Despite the reluctance on the motorcycle, Ourisman Ford of Alexandria included it. I financed the new vehicle so I can?t comment on how long it takes if you have them speak to the banks. Although I took care of the financing, I was still at the dealership for a long time. Great team and truck, just be prepared for a long process.

Repairs

My car wouldn't start so I called AAA and then called Ford Pass. Both said my battery is fine but something else is wrong. I had my car towed to this dealership and the first thing they said was the battery was shot. I said that's not true. So, mechanic comes out to talk to us and tells us the same thing. I said how can my battery go bad from my driveway to dealership which is only 30 minutes away from my house. The mechanic just walked away. Then they told me the cost to replace the perfectly good battery and reset the computer would cost $800.00. I told them there was no way this could cost that much. So they lowered it to $600.00. I asked how much were the labor charges. They said $400.00 for a computer reset and battery. I told them you people are a complete rip off. The staff is horrible, un professional and not friendly. I purchased my vehicle from Koons Ford in Falls Church, Va this dealership should send their whole staff to Koons Ford for customer training and customer service. They are awesome! I only used this dealership because it was closer to my house. BUYER BEWARE! I will never use this dealership again.

LIARS and CON-MEN

They sold me a used 2020 Dodge Durango. During test drive, check engine light came on. They claimed their computer couldn't tell what it was because they are a Ford dealership. Salesman and Used Car Manager said it was a sensor that needed to be replaced. During my first fill up, the gas started pouring directly on the ground due to the fuel neck being ruined. They lied and told me to purchase an extended warranty (which thankfully, I did) and now my "new-to-me" vehicle will sit at another dealership for the next 2-3 weeks while I wait on the part to arrive and it get fixed. If there was a zero star rating, I would give it to this place. STAY AWAY!
