I cannot express enough how incredibly grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by Lynn, the Service Manager, and her team at Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Alexandria. My experience with them has been outstanding considering the circumstances, and I feel compelled to share my story. After purchasing my 2023 Jeep Compass Trailhawk on December 23rd, 2024, as a replacement for my totaled 2013 Nissan Rogue, I was hit with an unimaginable situation: my new vehicle was stolen just days later, on December 30th, 2024. To make matters worse, it was recovered on New Year's Eve with significant damage, including a busted driver's side window and electrical issues from the vehicle being hotwired. After submitting my claim to State Farm, I was advised to contact a Jeep dealership for the repairs. From the moment I reached out to Lynn, she was incredibly understanding and took the situation into her capable hands. She accepted the tow of my vehicle to the dealership on January 2nd, 2025, and assured me that her team, including their expert automobile theft recovery specialists, would take care of everything. Lynn went above and beyond to manage all aspects of communication with my insurance company, from estimates to appraisals and approvals, always keeping me updated along the way. While it was assumed that my vehicle would likely be deemed a total loss due to the severity of the damage, Lynn advocated for a different solution. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, my Jeep was saved. The repairs, although delayed due to weather and parts availability, were completed with such precision and care that when I finally picked up my Jeep on February 13th, 2025, it ran like it was brand new. The attention to detail and professionalism displayed by Lynn and her team were unmatched, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I am truly thankful for Lynn's support, her exceptional customer service, and the hard work of her team. Despite being incredibly busy, Lynn's commitment to ensuring that my vehicle was repaired properly and efficiently exceeded all expectations. I just purchased a used 2023 Jeep Waggoner from Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Alexandria and had a great experience. I messaged the dealership through their website late one evening and their salesman Mamo reached out to me early the next morning and within 24 hours we came to an agreement for the purchase. I am from NC, so I had to make travel arrangements to go pick up the vehicle, but once I arrived, I was in and out in about an hour due to a very smooth process. Mamo was even thoughtful enough to check in to make sure I made it home ok after my long drive. Thanks for a great experience Mamo and for everyone else that helped behind the scenes to make this happen.

I recently bought a Jeep Cherokee from Ourisman of Alexandria, and I have had a terrible experience with their service department. Not long after purchasing the vehicle, I began to notice a crunchy vibration in the pedal and the feeling that something was breaking while driving. Despite bringing the car in for service three times during the 90-day warranty period, the issues were not resolved. The service advisor, Mr. White, failed to address the problems on three different occasions, claiming that they couldn't find anything wrong or that nothing was loose. When I brought the car in for the same issues again, this time with Mr. Mena, I was informed that there would be a $215 diagnostic test for each problem unless they coincided. To my dismay, I was hit with a quote of $2600 for the necessary repairs, with the explanation that Chrysler wouldn't cover the costs because they couldn't identify the problems during my previous visits. I feel like I was deceived into purchasing a vehicle that required major repairs and that the dealership avoided addressing the issues until the warranty had expired. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Ourisman Chrysler Jeep of Alexandria to anyone for either a purchase or service. I feel betrayed and incredibly disappointed by this whole ordeal.

He did not try to sell me unnecessary things even though he suggested the dealership. I appreciate the honesty. Omar was Steven’s Finance guy, who was very friendly and cared about making sure the customer got the best deal and the car they were looking at. Roy was kind and friendly as well. He assured me that I got the best price on my car and that it would fit my budget. "Overall, a very quality experience, and would highly recommend this location." Ive been dealing with this dealership for years. My sales experiences have always been amazing. The service department is usually the problem but has gotten a whole lot better since Rafael took over. Unfortunately now I have unethical practices to report. 1. My financial approval was already secured through my own bank. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM THAT I DID NOT WANT OR NEED MY CREDIT PULLED. ( I told them that I’m in the process of buying a home and needed to avoid HARD HITS. I repeatedly told them this. Now, I have a hard hit on my credit from them ANYWAY WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. 2. There was 130 miles on the car when I drove it off the lot. Yet, my Odometer Disclosure states 15 miles. 3. I got low balled on my trade. My bank said that my vehicle was worth $26k. The dealership only gave me $14k on my trade. Considering I have less than $6k worth of things that need to be fixed, and they have been my sole service provider, they could have at least given me $18k for my trade. #Unethical

I took my truck here for some concerns I had, and each diagnostic came with a $250.00 fee which I felt was absurd. I was told by Josue Mena that the money would go to repairs if the concern were valid. Every concern I had was valid but somehow the the cost of each repair, including 100% warranty coverage my total was always $250.00 more. This dealership specializes in extortion and seem to only care about diagnostic fees. They overcharge for parts and repairs and if you disagree with the cost you will be told you can pick your car up, "but you will have to pay the diagnostic fees". After several conversations with Josue Mena who's only concern is diagnostic fees for the dealership and not customer concerns, he quoted me a price, then called back with a higher price because he made a mistake. I said if the dealership makes a mistake it would appear to be something they would cover. To my surprise that was not the case, I was told if I do not agree to the new price in fact the dealership would only do half the repair and I could figure out what to do from there.
