Went to test drive a car and the owner wouldn't get the car out of his crappy show room. When talking about pricing he was very rude to my wife about how... financing works. Overall TERRIBLE experience dealing with these rude people.
We love how people only tell one side of the story...here is our side...customer hada 2012 Civic to trade...the car is worth $7000...they owe $13000......they want to trade it...that put Mr.customer at a negative $6000 equity...Mr.Customer does not want to put any money down and want to roll the negative equity on a $6999 car...and finance the $6999 of the new car...plus $1000 taxes,tags, and fees...plus his negative equity of $6000...that is $14000 totale...and when we said it can not be done...we are rude... You be the judge...
I went to look at a truck and found no customer parking. While parking near the store front, the dealer comes out starts yelling at me and BANGS ON THE... HOOD OF MY CAR to move away from his store front! I didn’t even get out to look at the vehicle. The dealer is the rudest person I’ve met while buying a car.
Overpriced vehicles. They aren't willing to cut back on the prices. Some vehicles interior is horrible. They need to fix up most of their vehicles
Every story has to sides...here is our side of it... We respect everyone's opinion...bare in mind when you are working with a $2000 budget...do not l...ook at $4000 cars, and expect us to reduce the price for you...we offer everyone at least 5 cars in their price range...every car is VA inspected and is offered with a 90 days warranty... If a car needs some TLC we will negotiate or fix it for you...
Tried to ask questions via email and received short vague answers that should have had more information. ie: Is the xxxx car still available and what is... the condition of the motor? Response: yes. Can I take the xxx to my own local mechanic before I buy? Response: your mechanic can come look at it. I guess I just wanted more info like: no I’m sorry but you can not take the car but we have a lift and your mechanic can come inspect it. Just very rude and the more questions I asked, it seemed he got more irritated. I’m over 1hour away and wanted to know if it was worth my time to travel...his unprofessional responses made my answer No, it is not worth the effort.
Bought an Avalon last week for my daughter and came back today for an MDX for myself...Thanks Mark for making easy...Merry Christmas...Highly recommend... this place...
Sorry to hear others had such a bad experience with Mark, our experience could not have been better. Our process starting on Sunday when we made our first... visit to the store (Sundays are by appointment). We were running late and texted Mark. Texted right back saying no problem, he was there. We got there and he gave us the key and said, have fun, take it for a drive. He is a one man operation and was in the middle of dealing with another customer, so this could not have been easier. We got back from our test drive and he asked us if we had any questions. We asked, he answered. We like the car so we went home to call our bank. We went back to the dealership on Tuesday to buy the car and it was absolutely hassle free. We had one issue with the car that we told him about before we arrived. He said he would check it out. When we arrived, he said he already ordered the part to replace it. I expect the same courtesy and respect when we take it back to have the part replaced. He is a one man store and from our experience is doing a good job.
I called to inquire about a used vehicle for sale and was greeted with the utmost disrespect and rudeness. Mark answered the phone and was clearly irritated... from the get go. I couldn't understand his greeting and politely asked "is this M and M?" He litterally screamed at me "ISN'T THAT WHAT I JUST SAID?" I politely appologized... I asked him if he was available to show me a car that afternoon, he again replied fast and unclear. I appologized again for asking what he just said to me. "MEET ME AT 3 OCLOCK, I AM BUSY RIGHT NOW" I asked if there was any reason he was rude and yelling at me. "YOU AREN'T LISTENING TO ME, I SAID I'M BUSY !!!" I promptly hung up the phone. Never in my life have I been greeted and treated with such disrespect. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE MARK, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

Don't ever do business with Mark or M & M Auto Brokers He promises a lot and never delivers. His cars have alot of problems and he says he will fix them... but never does. And wont answer the phone or return your calls. Trust me a big waste of money!! Don't do business we him ever!!
