Jennifer Imthurn @ Jerry's Leesburg Ford

Jennifer Imthurn was a refreshing change from most dealership sales people. She was fast and didn't participate in the usual xx. I told her I didn't want to spend hours and i didn't. It was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership so far. I would highly recommend her and would buy from her again.

Used Car buyers look elsewhere

We purchased a used vehicle from this dealer October 6th. When asked if they had a buyback, the salesman assured me that they stood behind the quality of their vehicles so no buybacks were offered. I purchased the vehicle and took it to my mechanic within the week who did an inspection and discovered multiple cylinder misfires from spark plug tubes filled with oil, leaking gaskets, and a warped valve cover, as well as motor mounts that need repaired. Repairs will cost an additional $1500-$2K and the vehicle is not safe for our teen to drive. I've reached out to the salesperson, sales manager, and general manager with no response. I'm unsure how this vehicle passed inspection and given the lack of response from this dealership, I would encourage people to find another dealer to purchase from.

Found a new awesome dealership

They were awesome, the other dealership put the wrong grade of oil in my mustang gt. The service advisor understood that the wrong type of oil can hurt my engine and they took care of it
