The two young ladies at the service desk are the best. They always are courteous and professional. They always give excellent customer service.

I really liked our Salesman. He was not pushy and did everything he could to make us comfortable and answer all our questions. Great guy!!

I stopped by in my Escape on my way home one day after hours (the mechanics were gone) because one of my "idiot lights" was lit. The man who works in... the service department (the man with the long white beard) went completely above and beyond the call of duty. He came out to my car and assisted with checking the air pressure in each tire. After we found which one was low he did a visual check on the tire. All this on a day when it was well over 90 degrees out. He was very friendly and helpful, as I have experienced with everyone at Jerry's Ford from the shuttle drivers to those who work the service desk as well as front office. Thanks for the great service! Keep it up!

I've been going to Jerry's for many years for service and repair of the Lincoln Navigators I've owned. I find them very honest and reliable in terms of... diagnosing and recommending repairs, and when I've compared out-of-warranty repair costs with other dealers, Jerry's is consistently lower.

They advertised Escape Titanium for $24k on Cars.com. When I couldn’t get Battlefield Ford in Manassas to match the price, I called Jerry's Leesburg... Ford and spoke to Mike who confirmed the price and availability. After driving the car and liking its options, the off-the-door price went up to $34k (Over $10k from what they advertised). I asked Mike for the reason, and he started to explain to me the tiny text written in the bottom of their webpage, which was not included in cars.com. long story short, the $10k was all hidden fees and falls rebates (for example, unless you are a senior citizen, an active military personal, a student and trading in a car all at the same time, you cannot get a rebates) With all due respect, this is not an ethical or moral practice. This is a trap to pull the customer into their dealership. Tips; make sure you ask for detailed price before you waste your time at their facility.

Second Dream-car Mustang I have bought from Jerry's Ford. Quality of repairs is, "Not Applicable" because nothing has ever gone wrong with my Ford's!

I have been trying to get Jerrys to help me with a claim I filed with Ford after my steering failed (at 70 mph ON THE HIGHWAY) in my less than 4 year old... Explorer. The failure nearly killed me and my family, caused me huge headaches in getting towed home from 2+ hours away with my family and belongings in the car, and cost $2300 to fix. The car was less than 4 years old. It should not need new steering for $2300 and it certainly shouldn't fail causing me to lose control on the highway. That happened 3 months ago. I notified Jerrys and filed a claim with Ford. I sat down with the Manager at Jerry's- he tells me he will handle it and will let me know what Ford and Jerry's are willing to do to help me. Two months goes by......no contact. I send the Manager an email asking what happened- leave him a voicemail saying I am not happy. He does not call me back but send me the following email- "Mike , I did get your message I did open a case with ford for your steering repair XXXXXX. To be honest in the process my case manager at ford quit and it never got reviewed by Ford I just updated it again will keep you updated." I guess he felt an apology wasn't necessary. That was on October 10th. Today is November 16th. Since then...…..NOTHING FROM JERRYS OR FORD. No call, no email, no nothing. Is there another message I should take away from this experience aside from the fact that Jerry's cares not one iota about me or my troubles? Last point- since this happened 3 months ago I have received no less than 6 emails from Jerry's asking me to buy a new car.....no less than 6 pieces of mail telling me how great Ford and Jerry's are and that I should come running into the dealership to take advantage of all the great offers...…. I cannot come to any conclusion other than Jerry's does not care about me or my problem at all.
