I really disappointed about the service area in this place, I really expected a good job for my car here but It wasn't. The only thing very sure in this... place is that you gonna spend a lot of money and they won't give you any WARRANTY of the job. NO WARRANTY? despite the high prices of this place

I just purchased a used 2017 Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. I drove from Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania because they gave me the best deal. I was looking... for the past month local in my area and it seemed like no dealership wanted to make a deal and sell a truck. So I emailed Ted Britt Chevrolet and inquired about the Tacoma they had for sale. Antonio was my salesman and he not only emailed me but called me as well. I explained to him what I wanted in a monthly payment and he got the Manager Dave on the phone. Short and sweet, we made a deal and I put a $500 hold on the truck. I just returned home from Virginia with my Tacoma and couldnt be more happier with my salesman and my buying experience. I would highly recommend salesman Antonio and this dealership. I had a GREAT buying experience! I could not be more pleased!
I bought a 2019 Chevy Cruze in Dec 31'st, sold my 2008 vette. I bought this car for MPG and a bit bigger for my service dog. A couple weeks ago I was... at a local farmers market, my dog was hot so I put her in the car (Push button start) I came back about 20 minutes later and my dog was COOKING in the car with it off. Thankfully it was only off for 5 minutes but this gave me sheer terror, I took the car to GM, asked them what they could do in extending the time frame, they were nice but ultmately refused to do anything for me. Pushed me towards GM, I worked with them for a little over a month, we got technical involved. I escalated to the Customer service facing side and they called it a "safety feature" that the car turns off after 25 minutes with a dog or child present. The district manager also ultimately refused to buy back the car. During our further training, I literally have to watch the car and make sure it doesn't turn itself off while we are waiting. I brought my service dog into the dealership and this was not told to me when I bought it, I loved the buying process but now after calling Toyota locally, they have SUV's that will not turn off and i'm stuck footing the bill. I'm now forced as a employee of one of your financial partners to go through my channels to see if we can get SOMEONES attention up higher. 9-5284447625 Here's what I want: I want you to buy back the car. So I can get into a car that will stay running if my dog needs to be in there for a limited period of time. Until I do, I'm going to make as much noise as my keyboard will allow.

Had a check engine light come on - feared the worst. But it turned out it was just low on oil (high mileage vehicle) and only needed an oil change to... fix. Appreciated the honesty of the service team.

Ted Britt Chevrolet's competitive pricing and placement drew my wife and I in. Though, it was the efforts of Sam Daugherty that secured the deal. He listened... to our wants in a new vehicle, and upon arrival he had three vehicles, that met our parameters, pulled up next to each other, cleared of all the snow and cleaned off (it had just snowed 8 inches). Sam and his sales manager Angel worked with us on the pricing and got us to a range that we had in mind, and thus into a new 2019 RS Cruze, a car we really enjoy!

I lease a new car every 3 years and I have gotten the last two from Ted Britt Chevrolet. They have always been extremely responsive during the buying process... and gotten me exactly the car I wanted. Service is also a breeze. They contact me when my car tells them it needs service. I make the appointment online and the process is straight forward and easy.

Horrible, horrible service. Our salesman told us we could put a down payment down in order to save the car as we needed to wait for our insurance check... for totaling out our previous vehicle. We signed the paperwork and went to another building to get our tags and title worked out and pay our down payment. Waited half an hour and only got a hold of someone after a random employee walked by and we inquired as to when we would be helped. Then we're told that they could not hold the car for the down-payment amount we were promised and would have to pay that day and that they could not promise the vehicle would be there. Needless to say we made them shred our paperwork and we walked away. The right hand definitewdoesnt know what the left hand is doing at this place. Plus, their "processing fees" are way higher than the standard for Virginia, even for those like us who are paying cash. RUN AND FIND A DEALERSHIP THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING

I went to buy a car for my daughter and after an hour I finally found something that would work for her. I then told the salesman that I had to be under... $200 per month and that I was going to out $500 down. Keep in mind that the car was only 11k. When i went to test drive the car, the battery was dead and I noticed that the car definitely had some front end damage (which was apparently not reported to Carfax), and some big pain issues. I attempted to work with the salesman and his manager. They came back to me with a deal that would require me to spend $215 per month and put $1000 down. I respectfully thanked them for their time and told them to have a nice night. A couple of days later a salesperson named Angel started texting me. He was extremely rude and condescending. I kept his text messages so that I can show them to the Ted Britt management team and to my lawyer. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. ANGEL SHOULD ALSO BE FIRED. Me and my family have bought 10 cars from Ted Britt Fordand we have even referred Ted Britt Ford in the past, but Ted Britt Chevy has ruined the nearly 25 year relationship.
