Hello, I traveled over the road from Buffalo, NY and purchased a very clean '05 GMC Yukon Denali XL(Fri, 16 Aug). The salesman Abhimanyu Mishra who I was in contact with was very communicative and befriending throughout the whole process. After making it back home, an issue arose(service ride control) with my vehicle the very next day(Sat, 17 Aug) and after taking a pic of the alert notification along with the mileage(94,394), I informed my salesman and he said he'd forward the message to the supervisor. Fast forward a few weeks of texting, I had the repair done myself; forwarded the repair receipt to my salesman(Fri, Sept 20) and again, "I'll have my director take a look and get back to you". Today, 2 Oct, I made my second phone call in a week to Ideal GMC asking for the Sales manager only to be placed on hold, after which I was "disconnected". Part of the deal came with a 1000m/30 day warranty and I would like to just have it honored. Though it's part of the job of a sales rep to sell vehicles, the staff was great, very customer friendly and really took care of me during my short stay and transaction up until I made it back to Buffalo. I'd just like to be reimbursed for the repair that I had to pay out of pocket, thanks.
