Not a very good feeling when the Finance Manager thinks
Not a very good feeling when the Finance Manager thinks you were born yesterday and have no knowledge of leasing cars. With putting down the first month's payment, Myron chose to quote me $882 for 36m lease, $862 for 32m, and $841 for 42 months for a Trade-In payoff of $19,073 for a 2024 Jeep Latitude with the Altitude package (selling for 31k). Mind you, my credit score is well over 800. I have leased from this dealership a minimum of four times and have never dealt with such nonsense. When I went up to Myron, he waved me over but didn't get off his personal phone call. I started to explain how the quote was not only ridiculous, but also insulting. I then noticed he quoted me for a completely different vehicle than the one I wanted, I assume because he wanted to get rid of the blue SUV on his lot, had the wrong Salesperson attached to the quote (the only other female other than Joelle). Joelle was wonderful by the way, and I truly felt bad for her because her efforts went down the drain as soon as Myron and Gregg (another FI manager) got involved. Gregg will get his own review. He had me waiting for an hour until 9pm just to waste my time, insult my intelligence, and then have the gall to mock me when I said I was calling corporate, to whoever he still had on the phone saying "Ohhhhh she's going to call corporate." This is not even good behavior for a child, let alone a grown man, in a managerial role in a professional setting. I am appalled at how I was treated and will never consider leasing from HCDJR Owings Mills again. Myron, you had one job, and you failed miserably. I'm embarrassed for the Heritage brand.

KK was great. Extremely respectful of my time and needs. Promised to try his best to accommodate my requests. While I didn’t get what I wanted for my trade in because management was viewing the MMR of ANOTHER model of my 4Runner, I still feel like KK did the best he could for me. Would recommend him to anyone in the market for Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge vehicle.

I have never seen a general manager cursed at customer in my life but this guy took the trophy. I will not be doing business at this location ever again and I will be sharing this anywhere and everywhere I can. The sales and service depart at this location are as worst as it gets. I wish there would s anything below one star because that’s what they deserve.

Customer was yelling at people. Said for 5 years this store did wrong by him. When asked to please calm down he was threatening and asked us to call the police. There was nothing to agitate this person he came in and started to yell at everyone. He was asked to leave several times and started to act like there could be violence if he continued. We walked away from the situation, there was no time that was given to even talk or begin to discuss anything with this individual.
I could have guessed that he will be a maligner. I'm sure that there is cameras in the facility. He told me to shut the xxxx up, he called me a xxxxing African and he got in my face while I was standing by the door stating he will deal with me by calling the cops in which I responded that he need to learn his laws before opening his mouth since they still have my property. It a shame that people like this are still in the workforce most especially in a LEADERSHIP ROLE since he feels that the company does not have pool of applicants to replace him and I'm sure he won't lose his job for it either due to the organization's ability to mask their customer service as the best but the reality is they do not care about their customers. I do not know how else to explain the confidence he has to be able to take that action and then lie about it.
