I can't begin to explain how unhappy and disappointed I
I can't begin to explain how unhappy and disappointed I am that I bought a car here. After we wrote them the check all the friendly service stopped. We bought a EV and they said they wanted it washed fully charged before we drove off. Over an 90 mins later it was washed but only at 70% and since we had been there for 4 hours we chose to just drive off. 20 miles later we get an alert that we need our cooling system serviced and find out that the dealership isn't processing our tags and didn't notify the DMV that since our car is electric we need a non-expiring vehicle inspection sticker.

Our team makes every effort to prepare vehicles for delivery in a timely manner, including charging and detailing. Our records indicate your vehicle detail was completed just after your final purchase paperwork was completed. Electric vehicle charging speed is generally reduced when battery capacity reaches 70 to 80 percent to avoid damage to the battery. We were happy to accommodate a full charge, however we understand your reluctance to wait for it to complete. In reference to your tag work, processing times can vary by state. We are in the process of registering and titling your vehicle, however out of state tag work generally takes several weeks to complete. We hope your conversation with our Business Manager, Eric Monnig, on Saturday cleared up any confusion regarding your tags. Lastly, we are sorry you had a vehicle issue shortly after delivery. Your purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo ensures the strictest of inspections, which was completed on your vehicle. In rare instances, an issue can arise after you leave the dealership. We would be happy to schedule a service appointment to address any vehicle concerns. I contacted Jacob, as he had assisted me in the past, per my interest in a new vehicle, which is no longer available. He soon got back in touch with me about a used model to consider instead. I ended up buying that vehicle, and appreciate the heads up Jacob provided, as the specific vehicle I was seeking was hard to find.
