I will say the only one person who saved my perspective of this location was A.J Wiggins. My husband and I are visiting my parents for the holidays and we wanted to make sure that we take care of my mom’s BMW before we leave. Moreover, we have years of relations with owning multiple bmws and getting serviced at our local bmw dealership. The closet location to my parents were in Alexandria and Fairfax. We chose this location because we were able to secure a loaner in a short notice. Honestly, despite many unethical events and going back and forth while working with a different advisor and supervisor, they honored the total price for service and parts which should have been done in the first place. When my mom and I went to drop off the loaner, the only person who showed professionalism, consideration and integrity was AJ Wiggins. He asked if we were helped, seeing that we were waiting for a while and showed me and my mom consideration and also made sure that he updated us as things were slowly progressing. Despite not being the assigned advisor to us, he showed considerable willingness to help. If I have any friends or family who needs recommendation for this location, the only person I would refer is A.J Wiggins who is the service advisor. He is the only person that we felt who went outside and beyond. Thank you for doing that. It is these type of professional attitude and actions that will make a customer come back while building trust. This is done not out of personal gain but it is the right thing to do. I could feel that. And that is why, I wanted to write this long review for him. He earns it.

Kevin Mahoney was the best auto salesman with whom I've ever dealt. He was courteous, knowledgeable and able to get the exact vehicle I wanted.

Our salesman Abed was amazing patient and helpful, making our purchase an enjoyable experience and representing BMW superbly.

Inquired about a 22 X3 they had posted for sale and a salesman contacted me the following day. We spoke about my trade, a payment estimate, etc. but was later told they were extremely backed up with processing their inventory and the car wasn't available. No time frame given, just a comment that if I put a deposit down, they could push the car up to being processed faster. I didn't put a deposit down because that just seems shady AF. I reached out a week later and was told the vehicle still wasn't done being processed however they received a deposit on the car and it would be sold the following day. I still get notifications from this dealership that the car is available and it's still posted here. Something here they're not disclosing. I just wanted to buy a car, shouldn't be that difficult.

The sales team is deceitful they sell “ certified “pre owned vehicles that aren’t certified. After 4 months of owning my car I find out it is in need of service that should have been done before it was sold to me as certified. The service team is slow and has poor communication skills there service department doesn’t keep oil or oil filters in stock I’m sure these aren’t the only things not available for repair they give loaner cars and tell you it will take a few days to get to your car so keep the loaner until your car has been serviced I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone and after this experience I’m contemplating on getting rid of this car and not buy another BMW

Was gonna purchase a car, drove 7 hours had everything set for them too try and deliver me a dirty unvaccumed m3 dirty cup holders with remnants of tobacco in them and smell of smoke. Sales associate was nice . But the sales manager Michael Bolgar was the most inconsiderate and rude sales manager I’ve ever met thinking he had me into buying a car because I drove all that way I would’ve rather walked back too New York then purchase a car from him if that explains my experience better lol . Went to another bmw dealer in a different state purchased a M3 there with the best experience and management and staff who exceeded my expectations.

Bought a new I4e and it was a great experience. Erin Balaban was very attentive, informative, and did everything she could to move the process along.

Last week Friday, September 14, I called BMW of Alexandria service department and was routed to service advisor AJ Wiggins. AJ politely listened as I told him that I needed to get my oil changed and get back to my office the same day. He told me to bring the car in, even though I did not have an appointment, since there were not that many service jobs to complete. When I arrived, AJ greeted me, directed me to the dealer, temporary waiting area. After an hour or so of work, AJ met me in person where I was waiting and advised that the job was done and offered to wash the car by hand, since the dealer’s car wash equipment was on the blink. 30 minutes later he drove the car up. It was clean inside and out. AJ texted me a link to the invoice for my service which I signed and I left a happy camper. Overall, AJ’s manner and service were excellent. I will ask for him if I ever have any need for service to My BMW going forward.
