My 2005 Subaru needed replacement and I had my heart set on a new Hybrid Subaru. Shane Wiltshire was thorough in finding out what I wanted in a new car.... He frankly pointed out the placement of the batteries in the Crosstrek. I could see that used up a lot of the space I wanted. We then looked at the Forester, which had similar cargo space, but was not a hybrid. There was no pressure to make a decision before leaving. I appreciate that as a single woman purchaser. I would have been happy to have a new Forester, but would regret not going hybrid. I subsequently visited Fitzway Toyota in Gaithersburg, where I found the same honest salesmanship and found a hybrid RAV4, which I will purchase. I am very impressed with the customer focus and restraint from pushing me to choose something because they had it available.
My recent purchase of a Subaru Forester through Colin Wilson, Sales Representative at Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Rockville, MD was really a great experience.... His level of professionalism, customer focused attitude, attention to detail, patience, knowledge about the vehicle, willingness to address all questions, and eagerness to make sure we were comfortable throughout the purchasing transaction resulted in an “EXCEPTIONAL” customer experience for us – exceeding all expectations!! Colin’s hard work and adaptability made our purchase go smoothly and effortlessly. He went above and beyond to help us. I will refer all of my family and friends to Fitzgerald Auto Malls in Rockville, MD, and going forward I will not consider going to a different dealership or working with another sales professional. I recently walked into Fitzgerald Hyundai and was helped by Feleke Kenaa. Feleke's professionalism made it easy for me to narrow down my search to a specific... Hyundai Sonata. They did not have the color I wanted in stock, but they gave me a loaner Sonata and I had the exact car I wanted the very next day. Their no-haggle pricing made buying this car a breeze. There was no hard sell, no "going to see the manager", and no need for me negotiate. I would gladly refer this dealership, and Feleke specifically, to any friend of mine wanting to buy a Hyundai.

GM's Daniel Rosenfeld, David Ascher who went out of their way to facilitate our purchase. A gold star for John Dutton who came on his day off from Frederick Fitzgerald to help us with our Hyundai purchase And stayed the entire time through the entire process. Tony in financing was so thorough and went out of his way to accommodate us and discuss our options to purchase, and JR who walked us through all the fabulous new features on our car. No stone was left unturned. The entire staff was friendly and courteous and stayed late I think we closed them down!!

I don't know much about purchasing a car. I just knew what I could afford. I got to understand what I was really getting into. Plus they got me the car... that I wanted. The car that I've been eyeing for so long! They went through lengths to make sure my first buying experience was smooth. I would recommend these guys for sure. Jennifer took such good care of me. I'd come back to her again without hesitation!

We came in on Sunday afternoon, knowing which car we wanted to buy. Mr. Jay had us test drive the car, calmly and clearly presented various options, and... had us out of the store with our new car within a few hours. The entire operation was smooth, non-loud, and very efficient.
