I visited Farrish Chrysler Jeep to get a cylinder head

I visited Farrish Chrysler Jeep to get a cylinder head repair on my jeep wrangler 2012 The service was great Tony Van Houten was my service advisor and I am very happy for he’s outstanding work in communicating all the process and reaching out to Stellantis As well as the mechanic Byron and the rest of the team like Holly at the checkout window I definitely recommend it and with no doubt I will come back for future service if needed Thank you, Tony and your team at Farrish Chrysler in Fairfax Virginia

have been a loyal customer since 2016 when I purchased a

have been a loyal customer since 2016 when I purchased a brand new 2016 Cherokee with 10 year service plan. The past few times the service has gotten progressively worse up until when I brought my Cherokee in for a routine oil change. Started off friendly with Peter and all seemed to be going well, until I was told my car was “ready.” It was still upstairs when I was called so they still had to get somebody to bring it down. Upon getting in and starting it up the battery light stayed on and power steering was immediately inoperable as I did a circle around the driveway. I brought this to the attention of Peter who took it to be looked at. After about another 45 minutes I was told the battery was dead and would be $500 to replace. (Battery was purchased less than a year and a half ago.) on the inspection form there is no mention of battery issues and actually shows that it tested ok. I refused to pay for the battery and actually took an over to and from the closest auto parts store and bought a new battery. I did not have a socket extension and asked the service advisor if I could get a hand, which did not happen. I was able to replace the battery as it is not a difficult job but got a few cuts on my hands because I did not have the extension bar. Once the battery was replaced, car started up perfectly fine except that I had a low oil icon light up. I was there for an oil change. Talked to the service advisor and let him know I wanted to talk to his boss. Brandon. He filled my car with a couple quarts of oil in the parking lot. I informed him that I believed that they had shorted and ruined my battery while working on it. I was at the dealership from 9am until after 3:15pm (for an oil change) and was late to picking my kids up from school. I called the next day and was eventually told I would be reimbursed. Still have not been reimbursed nor have I received a response from anybody since February 7th when I was told by the service manager a check was being processed. I have prepaid for service up until August of 2026 but I cannot trust them with my vehicle any longer as they do not even have the decency to return a call or email after almost ruining my engine from doing an improper oil change.

Service was good and Peter was very knowledgeable.

Service was good and Peter was very knowledgeable. However they did not find the reason for stop/start error and as a result the auxiliary battery fix that they told me in ths last service is the issue could no longer be covered under no warranty.

I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I took my Jeep there for a heater core and radiator replacement. The service advisor was good about contacting the warranty company to get the work done, but the service ended there. It took the technicians over 3 weeks to repair my car. When I went to pick it up and heat STILL didn’t work. I couldn’t believe they didn’t check the heat before having me make the 22 mile trip to pick it up. When it actually was ready the following day the pick up atrocious. The entire dash was put together poorly. Pieces were protruding because it was assembled incorrectly. There were marks all over the place where they pried it apart and damaged pieces of the dash. They also ruined the leather on the handle of my emergency brake. I showed all of the damage to a service manger named Mo. He took photos and assured me he would contact me. It has been over a week and I have received zero calls. I have purchased 3 jeeps from this dealership. Their service is terrible and I will not be returning. I’m truly ashamed that I have been so loyal to a place that clearly has zero respect for their customers.

This extended timeframe was unfortunately due to a combination of factors, including the warranty company's approval and inspection process, which can sometimes be lengthy, and the fact that the heater core for your vehicle was on backorder and not readily available for installation. We understand this is frustrating, and we apologize that the repair took longer than anticipated. We are working to improve our communication regarding these types of delays in the future. We also deeply regret that the heat was not working upon your initial pickup and that you had to make a 22-mile trip unnecessarily. However, we do want to note that when our technicians checked the vehicle after you brought it back, the heat was working without any apparent issues. We are still investigating why it was not working for you initially. We are equally concerned about the damage to your dash and the emergency brake handle. As you know, Mo spoke with you on Saturday, February 15th to discuss this and schedule an appointment to assess the damage and confirm the ordering of necessary parts. We understand your hesitation about bringing the vehicle back in, and we want to assure you that we are committed to finding a solution that addresses the damage while minimizing any further inconvenience to you. Nick, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We practice fair and transparent pricing at Farrish so we are confused as to why you would say this in your review. We never got to the point of even providing you pricing, and if you review our website disclaimer you will see exactly how transparent our pricing is. I personally reviewed all communication between you and the sales person Bryan (not sure who Justin Hoffman is). You requested pricing in few leads that you submitted, one of which you submitted with your work telephone. Bryan called to try and make contact with you and you rudely cursed him out over the phone for calling a number that you yourself provided in the lead. We never provided you a price quote.
