Dropped off my jeep for an oil change and tire rotation and the recall V 41 And to check out a rear sensor and was told maybe I’d get the car back Thursday... late definitely on Friday. Kept calling Friday didn’t get much of an answer until very late and ultimately the car was not seem to been worked on until late Friday and therefore I only receive the car back on Saturday someone definitely dropped the ball on this service. It was not very happy as I had Plans and did not have a car!

I bought a car and decided to switch it with another car because it was dirty (that pissed me off because they told me that they would get it clean.. obviously).... I couldn't exchange the car because it was a car that was not even from this dealer and of course they didn't tell me that in advance. I told them that they should have just given me the car after they cleaned it the way they had promised to do and they just repeated that I couldn't replace it with a different car. Finally, they suggest cleaning the car. Great. The salesperson's attitude sucked from the beginning until the end: unapologetic, lazy, and frustrating.

Switched my service to Farrish after continued problems with another Jeep dealership. Great experience. Service (Andrew) was great to deal with and communicated... well. Farrish fixed an electronics problem that I had taken to the other Jeep dealership three separate times and been charged diagnostic fees on each time. Will use Farrish go forward.

Do not buy from this dealership. Not trustworthy and put my daughter in danger by covering up faults in a used car by pressure washing the engine to cover... up easy to see faults.

Terrible experience. Bait and switched our pricing on the final paperwork up over $5,000 at the last minute after agreeing on a price and spending over... two hours there finalizing the deal. Would not trust them.

They are Crooks! Be very, Very careful with farrish JEEP. Especially Frank. Keep all records and Do NOT trust them. I recommend NOT going there to get... your car.
