I recently had surgery and had to handle all the car buying discussions by email, text and phone as it was difficult for me to move around. Spencer Colbert... and Mark Jones were very accommodating while other dealerships were not. Due to their excellent customer service, I decided to purchase the Jeep through them. I scheduled an appointment time with them and when I arrived, the Jeep was ready to go and we just had to finish up the paperwork. Vahid Khodadoost handled the finance paperwork for me. He was very patient and helped me greatly through the process being extremely flexible and working with my budget. I highly recommend working with these three gentlemen. They were great!

We drove 5.5 hrs one way to pick up our 2016 Jeep Wrangler. It was everything as advertised. Chris was very helpful, went very smooth. Highly recommended.
I went to the dealership to buy a new van. Everything went really smooth and in fact they pushed me out the door with the van when I wasn’t even planning... on taking it home that day. Everything was all sewn up with the financing and all the contracts were signed and given to me. Couple of days later I’m getting pinged on my phone with hard inquiries over and over. I called the dealership and they told me the financing had fallen through. I told them they should have called me before they started putting nine hard inquiries on my credit report. They gave a dismissive sorry. I want to return the vehicle it has less than 100 miles on it and I’m no longer interested in doing business with these people. Buyer beware! They’re telling me I can’t return the vehicle and that I have to come in to sign a new sales contract. I’m not going to and they can’t make me. They can come get their xxxx van.
Kelley, We apologize about any miscommunication regarding the purchase of your new vehicle. Under no such circumstances would we commit “Bait and Swit...ch” tactics with our customers. From time to time a financial institutions will change the terms of an agreement we initially send them. If the customer does not agree, we would then take the vehicle back. Frankie Cox was a pleasure to work with. All our interactions were quick and easy. The pricing I received was better than any of the other dealerships... I talked to. When I arrived at the dealership the deal never changed and we were able to quickly take care of paperwork and close things out. I will definitely work with Farrish again, and I'll happily send friends and family there.
For two years my repair adviser was Ricky and I was always happy how he was handling all procedure. When I called last week, they told me Ricky doesn’t... work as service adviser anymore. This time I scheduled an appointment for 10 AM and it took 5 1/2 hours to perform state inspection, oil change and replace break pads! I don’t know what is going on with this repair location, as I saw few unsatisfied customers beside me as well. Dealership should pay Ricky to teach customer service classes to current service advisers.

It took 2 hours for oil change but its better than koons service even though I bought my jeep at koons, next time I will buy my next car from farish
Very professional , there was no pressure from anyone at the dealership The sales person was extremely helpfull. I thought I was moving to the area but... , when that didn’t happen, the purchase didn’t make srnse

Dropped off my jeep for an oil change and tire rotation and the recall V 41 And to check out a rear sensor and was told maybe I’d get the car back Thursday... late definitely on Friday. Kept calling Friday didn’t get much of an answer until very late and ultimately the car was not seem to been worked on until late Friday and therefore I only receive the car back on Saturday someone definitely dropped the ball on this service. It was not very happy as I had Plans and did not have a car!
