    I drove 100 miles to bring my volvo in for service after a horrible experience at a Richmond Volvo dealership. It was totally worth the drive and time!... My experience with the service department at Don Beyer was the best I have ever had. My rep was professional, kind, respectful, prompt and informative and went above and beyond for my 100,000 mile service. He didn’t try to “upsell” me on anything I didn’t really need and was completely honest and forthright about the work that should be done. The waiting room is lovely too which is a bonus, but more than anything they did an awesome job on my car and got me in and out so that I could get back on the road to drive back to Richmond. I will continue to drive 100 miles for my services at Don Beyer Volvo and plan on purchasing all future Volvos from this wonderful dealership.

    Just picked up my car from Don Beyer Volvo in Falls Church. Another excellent service experience with my service advisor Will Hurdle. Will is always... spot on with what I need; from providing a loaner car to just enough text/email updates on the progress of the work. I can always rely on Will and the service team to provide great service. I highly recommend them to all of Volvo driving friends

    Bought a used car here and quality of service was as a long tenured and reputable automobile dealership in Falls Church should be: SUPERB! Mr. Cho was... quick to respond to my initial inquiry and had the car ready for me to test drive. Car was as specified on the website. The negotiation and overall transaction from information about the car and the financing deal was quite pleasant and most importantly- SIMPLE. Was in and out of there in under a couple hours with my car.

    I originally went to the dealership to complete the transaction of selling them my husband’s 2008 Volvo because he’s no longer driving. Meanwhile, I... had been looking at three brands of small SUVs, as my own car is 10 years old. Not only did Don Beyer send a service person to my home to jump start my husband’s Volvo and drive it to the dealership, but they offered me a fair price and I was very happy to have that problem off my hands. At the top of the list of my own search was the new Volvo XC40. The salesperson, Glen Carter, could not have been nicer. We went for a test drive and I really liked the car. When I learned that all the safety features I wanted came standard, I was sold. I walked into the dealership intending to sell an old Volvo and walked out with a fair price for that Volvo, a fair trade in for my Mercedes and a great lease price for my new XC 40. Everyone I encountered was great - Glen, of course, who coordinated all my transactions; Russ and Pete who facilitated the sale of the old Volvo, Sana, who gave me a thorough technical orientation for the XC 40 and Emily in the finance department who set up the lease for my new car. This was not my first experience with Don Beyer Volvo and I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone.

    Glen and Pete were AMAZING! We toured many different dealerships on our hunt for our next vehicle. As we narrowed in on Volvo, we visited and called... many dealerships. BY FAR our experience at Don Beyer was the best. As everyone we came in to contact felt proud of the Volvo brand and their affiliation with it, it was easy to get excited with them as we went through the decision process. Glen even helped watch our 20 month old son while we were deep in car discussions. When we finally decided what we wanted, they (mostly Pete) helped call around to find the appropriate model and were able to secure one to our liking. The delivery was quick and painless, and we even enjoyed (for the first time ever) the no pressure finance/warranty discussions led by the experts at Don Beyer. We left feeling fulfilled and satisfied with our vehicle and will be a loyal customer and promote our experience to our colleagues and friends. Thank you for curating a wonderful experience, and we look forward to many enjoyable years with our new XC90 T8!

    I test drove around six different makes of cars. Mike at Don Beyer was the most knowledgeable about the brand he sells, and had the perfect sales approach.... A genuine guy who likes what he does and likes the product he represents. Not at all pushy. Overall, this was the smoothest car buying experience I ever had.

    Never buy cars from this dealer. NEVER. Temporary registration expired , but I still have not received license plates. The staff is very rude, constantly... trying to deceive (especially the financial manager) The manager called me stupid only because I was trying to haggle the price . If you want to feel deceived, then go to this dealer, but keep in mind that it is possible that you will not be given license plates on time. I will add that the next day after the purchase, strange noises appeared in the engine, so the quality of the used cars sold is doubtful !!
