I avoid dealerships due to the stigma associated with them until now. Eric assisted my family by explaining every concern we threw in the air. He was very... welcoming to my children as well!
Bought a car here earlier this week worked with a great salesperson named Peter Narty helped find me the perfect vehicle Also the manager Jeff Kohl helped... me get the perfect deal and I could go home satisfied thank you! Will come back to purchase my next one
Great experience, Troy was on point, no pushiness and worked with me to get the best deal possible. Would recommend Cowles and Troy to any Nissan buyer.... Leo
Leo, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're glad Troy was able to help! Best regards, Dan Wernitznig General Manager dwernitznig@c...owlesauto.com
Great customer service from start to finish. Happy customer.I would recommend this dealership to friends. Great deal by using company perks for employees... and was not hassled by dealership.
I've been looking for a used car for my son for a long time until I came across a car on cowles Website. I called and Jannie answered the phone. The first... question I ask if the car was in an accident? She told me to hold while she checked. She came back within a minute and told me that it had a clean carfax. I drove to the dealership and met Jannie, she greeted me with a friendly smile. The process was easy. We had a great conversation while processing the paper work. She is a great sales person. I promised her I will be back to buy for my daughter. Cowles Nissan should be thankful to have such a great sale person. I will also tell all my friends looking for cars to go to Cowles Nissan and ask for Jannie.
Jannie Lloyd give me the best of service. There was a little of going back and forth but she made it to happen. I really enjoy during business with her,... very pleasant and understanding. I told her that I will sent all of my friends and family to her at Cowles Nissan because I know she will treat them right.
Jannie is a great sale lady. I didn't have to do much of a talking about the purchasing of my Altima. She handle it very well. I have been form dealership... to dealership and no one came on the lot to talk to me but when I got to Cowles Nissan Jannie came out and help me. I will surely recommend all of my friends and family to her.
Our experience with Cowles Nissan should serve as a glaring “proceed with caution” to anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle from them. This dealership... and their GM are disreputable to say the least. 29 August 2018, we purchased a 2018, previously owned vehicle, with less than 5000 miles on it and thought it was a great vehicle. After the usual ridiculous price negotiations, we sat down to sign the paperwork and our salesman placed a car fax in front of us with an “oh by the way” this car has been in a “minor” accident. He tried to glaze over the car fax report and immediately move on to the next piece of paperwork, but I stopped him and questioned him further regarding this “minor” accident. He assured us it wasn’t a big deal, “no real body work was needed, just a dent” and the “air bags didn’t even deploy”. I again asked if by “dent” he meant something needing major body work or something like a Dent Genie business would’ve fixed. He told us it was so minor, a dent genie could have done it. This reassured us and we continued with the purchase. Fast forward to October 2019, and it’s time for a new vehicle safety inspection. Imagine our surprise when we find out our 2018 now with 11,000 miles on it, normal driving, no accidents, no significant anything since purchase, did NOT pass. We were told the right front tie rod needed to be replaced. We questioned this because we knew we had done NOTHING to cause anything like this to happen. Maybe you hit a pot hole they suggested, but we knew and expressed to them this wasn’t the case. Now, imagine the anger when finding out while the damaged tie rod is being replaced, it’s not just the tie rod, but it’s the strut, knuckle, bearing arms and lower control arm, which comes out to about $2000! As it would turn out, the “minor” accident required the front end of the vehicle to be taken off to “fix” the damage. On top of it all, it clearly wasn’t fixed it correctly. Knowing what we had previously told them and what was being observed, the mechanic had the damage inspected by our service team member, the director and manager who all agreed with the mechanic’s assessment. I decided to call Cowles Nissan to have them make it right. I spoke with the General Manager, explained what we were told and offered him all of the contact information for the dealership repairing our car. He made no effort to even apologize. After speaking with the dealership performing the repairs, he starts explaining away how it wasn’t Cowles’ fault, we had the carfax (which we were not given a copy of) and latched onto the pot hole theory. I immediately called the repair dealership and found out the only reassurance he gave the Cowles manager, was they did a good job with the repainting. They explained to the Cowles’ GM the only way for this level of damage to occur was from an accident and NOT a pot hole. I called the GM back for one last chance to make it right and all I received were lies and denials. We are now contacting an attorney to have their lies properly dealt with. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM COWLES.
My husband bought a used truck a from Cowles. He had Eric for a sales person. This guy was so knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Cowles to anyone... look for a great deal on a car, truck, and SUV!
I went to Cowles Nissan , and meet Peter Nartey, best time ever in buying a car he was extremely helpful, and we were not pressured in anyway. I got... a great deal on my car too! I recommend if your in the market for a New or used car. Go there and ask for Peter he will take his time and get you the right vehicle for your needs.
