I have never had such a great time buying a new car. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and pleasant, but I never felt pressured. Buying a car is... usually a stressful experience, but the people at Brown's made it fun! Their prices are fair, they have a good inventory, and their customer service cannot be beat.

My lease on my Honda CRV expired in January so I thought I would go with Brown’s Honda of Arlington. I received and accepted a new lease agreement for... a 2019 Honda H-RV with a statement from the salesman that the mileage from the previous lease would be waved. Imagine my surprise when Honda sends me a bill for over $700 for that excess mileage! When I contacted the sales department at Brown’s Honda to enquire why this bill was not paid I was told that Brown’s would not honor that agreement because the salesman made an error. This dealership’s policy,apparently, is that the customer is always wrong. They WILL NOT make amends for their mistakes. So, approach this dealership cautiously because you cannot take them by their word. I would give them no stars if I could.

My service rep Ken is the ultimate professional when it comes to customer service. I've serviced my car at browns for the last 2 yrs. Not once have i had... any problems with service. I mean that 100% i am truly a satisfied customer. I brought my car there 2 yrs ago, and when i get 300,000 mileage on this one, I'll buy another from here. Completely satisfied!!!

the seller was ok in some points but in other he wasn't honest,I was interested in two cars to chose the one that fit better my needs and only one was... fixed in 2 or 3 days the other look have a more serious problem and the answer from the salesman to me was that car was already sold a phone customer buy by phone and was already sold and not available anymore and at the same day the car was still for sale on cars.com and I call the next day and check the several days and the cars was still for sale ,so this situation make feel bad about the integrity of the seller or the dealer.this is a bad reputation for the dealer for my person

I bought a CR-V from Brown's Arlington Honda last Saturday. The purchase process is very successful. The dealer provide excellent service. They select... a suitable model for me and provide a nice price for me with only little negotiation. It could save a lot of time to buy car in Brown's Arlington Honda and own a car with a nice price. I drove the car these two days. The CR-V is really an excellent car for driving. I love it very much.

The customer service from the beginning with Marcos was excellent. He even offered to give me a ride to a nearby location since my wait was an hour more... than they initially notified me of. Luis took the time to drop me off somewhere while the service was being done and was very kind and professional.
