I had my F150 service’s here to fix a broken electric seat on the drivers side. I already knew what the issue was because I had something stuck under... the seat when I moved the seat forward and it caused a few wires to get spliced. I told the service rep the issue and the technician looked at it. Well, when I got a quote for $1600 to replace it, I declined. Here is the worst part.... They charged me $134 to diagnose the problem!! Do NOT have your vehicle serviced here!!
They had a car listed for $108K, I contact to request pricing, they have no idea how the price got that low, they won’t honor price, they take down the... listing and repost it at $136K.... not a competent human therein.
We are terribly sorry for the price misprint, one of our third party vendors made the mistake. We try to make sure all of our prices are correct, thi...s one just slipped thru the approval process. Once we noticed the mistake we corrected it to the proper price.
We just bought our 2nd new Fusion Hybrid from Battlefield, and from Greg Wood. He’s amazing and makes buying a new car enjoyable. We’ve had all service... done thru the dealer, and the service has been excellent every time.
I would probably give 0 star. So I was interested in a Jaguar XE and the sales guy Eric was helping me on it. As I was out of state I wanted all the numbers... up front. They send me the buyers order and we agreed to the price. He asked for my credit card which I sent him and he sent me a receipt. It was my kids birthday and I promised him a new car. So I got a call today that the vehicle is sold to someone else. I was shocked and tried to reach the sales manager but he never got on the phone. What I see now the car is still listed on their website with an increased price. I have made all my travel booking which are non refundable. They are purely unprofessional and hope ford take action against them.
was very disappointed in loaner car I received after I brought my f150 in for a repair.the carthat we were given was dirty ,thrash was all over the floor.THE... WINDOWS in car was dirty barely see thru them.Very disspointed………..
I brought my pickup in for a free repair on a factory recall. They asked if I needed an oil change or any other service. I replied "No but the weather... stripping on the passenger door has come loose. Can you give me a quote on a replacement weather strip for that one door? Don't do any work without talking to me but let me know what the weather stripping would cost to replace. They called several hours later and said they had the part in stock and they wanted permission to install. I asked THREE times for the cost and the guy kept mumbling the price. Finally, I demanded that he speak up. He says $299.98 to replace it. I said "No way, that's crazy! The noise is annoying but it's not $300 worth of annoying." He was noticeably mad that I refused and when I asked if my repair would be ready by the promised time he said he'd call me." AT THE END OF THE DAY, he finally calls and says it's ready. Twice as long as the promised time. When I show up to get my keys they try to demand $199.98 for DIAGNOSTIC test. It was a simple safety recall repair and they want to charge me $200? Oh no, they say that's for diagnostic on the weather stripping. xxx? They open the door and the weather stripping falls loose from the door. Do they charge $200 as a Diagnostic fee for confirming that your tire is flat? They refuse to return my key unless I pay them and offer to drop it to $99.95. At this point, most women and a lot of men would have buckled and paid. I started demanding the service manager saying that I never signed anything or agreed to pay for anything, I just asked for a price quote. When he saw that I hadn't signed he reluctantly gave up my keys. No apology, no regrets. LOW DOWN DIRTY THIEVES IS THE PHRASE THAT COMES TO MIND. $199.98 for asking for a price quote on a small repair part. Go buy a Toyota Tundra. Last Ford I will ever buy!
I purchased my preowned F150 truck from Battlefield Ford a couple of weeks ago. I had to buy it remotely because I live out of state. I worked with Casey... at Battlefield Ford and initially had a great experience. Buying things online can sometimes be sketchy but he set my mind at ease regarding the quality of autos they sell. He was communicative and sent plenty of pictures showing the condition of the truck. He also bragged about Ford's multi point inspection they perform on all their vehicles before they make it onto the lot. Casey was very efficient in getting me all the necessary paperwork and coordinating with the delivery of the truck. Unfortunately once I received my truck I noticed a grinding sound when the truck was moving. I contacted Casey to let him know that Ford somehow missed a mechanical issue that should have been identified in the rigorous multi point inspection Ford performs on every one of their preowned vehicles. My local mechanic looked at it and indicated it was the rear differential. Casey stated he would speak to his mechanic and manager Cesar to see what they could do to help me out. Unfortunately it seems their post sales support is just as questionable as the used vehicles they sell. They have not helped me resolve the issue. I would warn anyone purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer to have someone besides Battlefield Ford inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. Buyer beware.
They do not stand behind the cars they sell in the used car Department of Manassas Motors lot
I first wrote about a 2014 Ford Edge Sport friday night. I got a response saturday morning. I wrote back asking for pictures and a better price. Not sure... why the vehicle would be listed from the start without pictures but? I was told that pictures would be sent that day. I called around 2:30 and talked to JC Spriggs and was told again that he would get the pictures sent over right away. again nothing! sunday as well...never heard from anyone! then earlier today I wrote again asking what the deal was? still no response! Apparently these people arent interested in selling vehicles???
Not really impressed with customer service of service writers. Nor was I really impressed with the length of time I was in the shop waiting.
