Buchanan Kia

I can not trust Buchanan Kia to service the new Kia i bought from them.I bought a 2021 Seltos form them and decided to let them do the oil changes and tire rotation.On 08-2023 they did an oil change and tire rotation.They did not rotate the tires,how do i know,I put a different color valve stem cap on the passenger front wheel and it was not moved to the back. I just let it go,did not say anything,just payed the bill. On 11-2023 it was time for another oil change and rotation.After 30 minutes they said it was done. I said that was fast did you rotate the tires too.He said yes,I said let me check,he said ut-oh,I looked and the tire was not moved.......how do i know they changed the oil,he said you wanna see the drain pan,I said thats crazy, let me see the video,he said there are no cameras in the service bay, LIES after LIES..........I am finding another shop, I am done with Buchanan

Bought a used Kia minivan. The process was quick, the salesman, Rick was honest and down to earth. The van was in great condition. Drove it 100 miles so far and love it. Ken the finance manager was great to work with also. You can tell the folks there genuinely care about the customers. When we are ready to purchase our next car we will be back!
