My experience with Nase was everything I went into Pohanka with a positive mindset and I was not leaving without a car. My old car had messed up a couple... of days before my vacation started, I was so stressed it was terrible. The staff there where so understanding and patient with me through the process. We already knew Cedric and were planning on dealing with him . He was very professional and ask exactly what we were looking for . We originally went... to look at the Rogues and CRV's but we just didn't like them . Cedric ask if he could show us another SUV and it was perfect and in our price range and everything we were looking for. He was courteous and accommodating to us. In fact all the employees were very friendly and courteous. They all work together as a team at Nissan. I would recommend Cedric and Nissan to all my friends . This is our second purchase from Nissan and first from Cedric. When we need a vehicle Pohanka and Cedric will always be our 1st choice .

I had the worst service agent, the service agent Anthony was rude and very unprofessional. Never helped me with my concern neither look for someone that... could.
No wonder Pohanka has 2015 inventory till now. Went to Nissan Pohanka to find Pathfinder but the kind or pricing they are offering is now where competitive... to any Nissan Dealers. When ask about discount, Sales Team proudly say that they can match the price if one can bring competitive written quote from other dealer. With 100 out of 100 other Nissan dealers are selling car lower than their prices. It's just that Sales Team don't want to work and try to get customer by themselves rather they want to just let customer do all work and then come to them with the competitive quote which they can match. Also they have enough time to chit chat, giggle around when customer are waiting in front of them but no push for selling cars...I know at least 3 of my friends who finally end up buying car from other dealers because of such attitude..first i did not believe them but now i can have my own experience to share..
We were on the way to the beach in mid August and our 2005 Pathfinder starting acting strange after crossing the Bay Bridge. When the engine service light... came on we searched for the nearest Nissan service. Although Salisbury was not too near to us at that point we called them while we were driving to get guidance. Even though it was mid afternoon by the time we limped into their parking lot, Danny, the customer service rep, assured me the car would be diagnosed very soon and that once they identified the problem, we might be able to continue to the beach that day. The free shuttle took us to the shopping mall while we waited for the phone call. Perfect for this Mom with 3 teenage girls. In 2 hours they had us fixed and back on the road. I was very pleased and relieved.
