I would recommend Safford Dodge because the overall

I would recommend Safford Dodge because the overall experience was outstanding with one exception and unfortunately it occurred as I was getting ready to drive off the lot after everything was completed and I took ownership. When I got in the truck I noticed the gas tank wasn’t full and so I asked Stefany why and she stated because it was a used vehicle they only fill it half full which literally I thought she was kidding needless to say she wasn’t. So after spending close to $50K on a truck with less than 10K miles I had the inconvenience of stopping right down the road to put an additional $40 worth of fuel in. First impression great Purchasing impression great Unfortunately last impression as I drove off the lot was of disappointment and all because of $40 bucks!!!

Very pleased with the experience with the service.

The service department is very prompt and friendly. Overall very satisfied with the service experience. They kept to my appointment time and I was waited on immediately.

Awesome Dealership

We were not attacked by salesmen as soon as we pulled in the lot. We were able to walk around and look at the vehicles by ourselves without being pressured. When we were ready to talk to a salesman we went inside and were greeted immediately directly to Ronny. He was super helpful and took his time with us even though it was close to closing. When we agreed to purchase the vehicle, the rest of the staff continued to take their time with us being so patient and friendly the entire time. They stayed an hour after closing helping us finish out paperwork and discussing the additional options.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

We had been to other Ram dealers and at Safford we got better service, more knowledgeable staff, and a bigger selection to choose from. We weren't pressured into something we didn't want and we weren't pressured into buying a custom-built vehicle instead.

This is the place!

Best dealership in Virginia

The employees were top notch. No pressure, delivered what they promised, and were absolute professionals all the way through the entire process. Also appreciated the follow up a few days later to see if there were any additional questions. Second vehicle from Safford and would definitely recommend.
