    First I would like to thank my Sale consultant Chad Alexander for the opportunity to get me into another vehicle that I like, I went to holly kia for a... repair on my old Kia and ended up with a newer vehicle due to the conditions of my old car. I would like to add that there was no persuasion to get a new car it was needed. But my overall experience at Kia was great and will continue to go to that dealership

    Good experience. About 3 hours at the dealership. Everyone was friendly. Have not had experience with the service department but hope it is as good.

    The staff was courteous, professional, and respectful. They went out of their way to provide a clean and safe environment to wait for the car to be serviced.... As always,they explained the service and returned my car cleaner than when it came in.

    They do not stand behind sales promises. They are rude and all about themselves. Will not negotiate price from retail sticker. Big egos for small fish.... I'm buying online and forget the sales chump.

    Holly Fenton Kia is a wonderful dealer and their service department is top notch! Joe, the manager, keeps you well informed and does a fine job doing... everything to satisfy your needs. Very easy process! Highly recommend this dealer and their service!

    Bob is doing a great job as service manager. He had my oil change and tire rotation done in around half hour. That was great as I had a lot to do that... day.

    Felton Holly Kia Thank You For Lying About Your Customer Referral Program I Got My Girl To Buy A Car There 4months Later Haven’t Received My Referral Check... Worth $200.00 When I Call I Get Hung Up On Just Got My Licenses Was Thinking About Get A Car But Not From A Scam Company
