I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Audi Q8 from Audi

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Audi Q8 from Audi Chantilly, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and misrepresentation of the vehicle's history. When I initially purchased the car, I was presented with a clean CARFAX report, indicating no accidents. However, after the sale, I later discovered that the vehicle had been involved in a minor accident prior to my purchase — something that was not disclosed to me at the time. What makes this situation even more concerning is that the vehicle was previously leased by an Audi Chantilly employee who reported the minor accident. This raises serious questions about the dealership’s commitment to full transparency, especially when it comes to a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Not only was the vehicle’s history not fully disclosed, but when I brought this up to the dealership, they refused to acknowledge the issue and dismissed the significance of the accident, stating that it wouldn’t impact the vehicle's value. It’s extremely frustrating to feel misled, especially when purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Audi, which I trusted to have undergone rigorous inspection and disclosure. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase at Audi Chantilly to thoroughly investigate the vehicle’s history, as they may not be forthcoming about important details. Buyer beware.

Went to this dealer to buy a used car for my son.

Went to this dealer to buy a used car for my son. They couldn’t even drive the Audi A4 to the front as it wouldn’t go into gear. The salesman told me it was a trade. Can’t believe they listed it before checking it out after the trade in.

Audi Chantilly by far exceeded my expectations! From my first interaction when inquiring about an Audi Q3, John Kwacala was amazing! I schedule an appointment to test drive the vehicle, Mort Rezaee is extremely knowledgeable and a true professional, he made sure I was comfortable with my Audi before drove it home. Let’s just sat Mort is truly an Audi expert. Grace Mendoza in Finance answered all my questions and went over every document in detail as we finalized the sale. I have to say, Grace went above and beyond to meet my needs, I am extremely grateful that I choose this particular location. The vibes when you walk in the door are simply genuine and professional. I went to check out a vehicle (**VIN: 5YJ3E1EB0MF063346**) I was interested in at Audi Chantilly, taking time out of my busy schedule because I genuinely thought I would be buying the car today. When I got there, everything initially seemed fine—the salesperson was friendly, and we took the Tesla for a test drive. Everything was good EXCEPT for the odometer reading. Both the sticker on the vehicle and the website listing showed 23,000 miles, but the Tesla's actual odometer showed over 26,000 miles—a discrepancy of more than 3,000 miles, which is significant. The salesperson went to get his manager, who was completely unhelpful. He started explaining that he ran numbers based on KBB values and offered to take $300 off the price. I actually laughed—$300 off for a mileage discrepancy of 3,000 miles? I made a fair offer, but he refused to honor it, so I walked out. If you're going to falsely advertise the mileage on a used vehicle (**VIN: 5YJ3E1EB0MF063346**), at least have the decency to admit your mistake. Also, present yourself professionally—you're representing a reputable brand like Audi, not hustling cars on the street. I could say more, but I'll leave it at that. Be professional.
