As with most Dealerships, they advertise vehicles they don't have and then blame Cars.com in being slow to remove cars they no longer have off the Cars.com page. Ironic isn't it??

This was my second Jeep purchase from Criswell, and I still have no complaints! From my initial inquiry to my final purchase their sales, finance, and service staff were nothing less than great. My salesperson, Mr. Leon Travis is a must if you are considering a purchase or even just tossing it around in your head! His dedication to ensuring that you're getting what you're looking for in your purchase is unmatched! And when you get there, tell him you saw this on Dealer rater and that Demetrius sent you! He'll get a nice chuckle!

I have to say car shopping is not my favorite. My salesperson Leon was amazing. He explained everything very thoroughly. I never felt pressured and he calmed me down when I got anxious. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. One thing that I noticed was everyone smiled and said hello when you walked in. Made the experience so much better.

The finance manager and everyone we came in contact with was great. I even enjoyed Dietrich as he cleaned the tiniest spots on the windows for me where the stickers used to be. First off, my experience was one of the best that I have ever had. Kerry was pleasure to work with…exceptional customer service. I thought I lost this car initially to another buyer, but the Team made it happen. The process was completed from start to finish within two hours. My son was very happy with the car!!! I came in to do a buyout on my lease. Leon was very helpful in getting me in information that I needed to do the pre-work so that I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes. Would definitely come back.

What a shame that zero stars are not an option. Let me begin by saying that I've been coming to this dealership for years and have purchased, leased, and serviced multiple vehicles from this establishment. I've built relationships with multiple team members, including management. And here I am in 2024 writing what will become a scathing review because no amount of past allegiance could detract from the absolute dumpster fire that this dealership, and particularly the service department, has become. Upon receiving my 2021 Challenger Redeye Widebody back from it's last service, I also received some extra damage. My front driver-side wheel was gouged, the front driver-side bumper was scratched, and I had a gigantic shop bolt in my rear driver-side tire! Ron Karolick, the Service Manager, apologized for the circumstances; however, he would only honor a repair if I brought it back to Criswell. No, thank you!! If you value your vehicles, do yourself a favor, and take them elsewhere. Criswell service techs are clearly the bottom of the barrel and have zero skill or accountability. Apparently management isn't any better.
