I took ownership of a brand new Lincoln October 2023 and

I took ownership of a brand new Lincoln October 2023 and purchased a window tint, chrome delete package through Michael Britt. It took about two weeks to complete the work and picked up my new vehicle. When I arrived home I noticed some bubbling/peeling on the paint around the front of my grill which I immediately posted pictures of and sent to Michael. They agreed to schedule a time for me to bring the car back to have it repainted. About two months later, I started noticing the same bubbling/peeling was happening again around the front bumper. What started off as a quarter size peeling, quickly spread across my entire bumper. I brought the car by the dealership and had Brandon in service take a look at it and he took several pictures. He could not believe that Lincoln had someone do this work and said that he would talk to Michael. I never received a phone call back and left several additional messages over the next few weeks with no returned phone call. As the weeks went by, the peeling of paint just got worse. I made the 30 mile trek back to the dealership in order to get my car inspected and have somebody look at the faulty workmanship again. I spent two hours at the dealership as they kept giving me the runaround and Michael never came out to talk to me about the issue. Prior to leaving I was told by Brandon that I would be receiving a call once they were able to schedule a time with the paint shop for a repair. One week goes by, I do not hear anything so I send Michael an email. I hear back immediately that, they are working with the paint shop to schedule a repair. Another week goes by, no call and now they are avoiding my calls and emails. This type of Customer Service and business etiquette is not something that you would expect when purchasing 130,000+ vehicle. I could not be more disappointed in Lincoln and Michael Britt. “

Horrible Service, which is precluding me from purchasing

Horrible Service, which is precluding me from purchasing another vehicle from this dealership in the future. It took me several months to get service to my vehicle due to the fact that I required a loaner car. I had to follow up on several occasions to get an appointment. When I finally received an appointment, my vehicle was returned to me and I am still having issues. It has been going on for the past 6 months. On top of everything, I put a down payment on a new vehicle, the vehicle arrived and the dealership sold it out from under me! I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership if you plan to service it there and this comes from someone who had purchased several vehicles in the past from Ted Britt. It has gone significantly down hill!

Buyer Beware !

Buyer Beware !!! The sales team is very dishonest. Their handshake and word means nothing to them !!! Do yourselves a favor find another dealer . I wish I did !

Horrible service department. Stay clear of Angel, she is incompetent and the service technicians do horrible work. Didn't put my vehicle back together properly and lost bolts. Question everything they want to do to your vehicle!!

I bought a used car from this dealership last year and of

I bought a used car from this dealership last year and of course was pitched the additional maintenance plans. To the tune of over $2k. They take you so fast through the process and shake their head up and down when you start asking questions about what it covers. They only give you the highlights. I took my car in to get a new tire and wouldn't you know it - nothing is covered...no brakes, pads, liquid... I will never buy a car at this dealership again.

I am shopping for a new car and I called in and got one of the sales reps. Marcos, was very knowledgeable very helpful and also very kind to talk to. If I could say anything is that he presenting himself very well.
