I recently bought a 2008 Hyundai Vera Cruz. The vehicle was in great condition.I got the car at a great price. Alex the owner was extremely nice and helpful.... Overall, I had an excellent car buying experience at FAST LANE MOTORS. Yes, i will recommend others to really consider this dealership if they are looking to buy a used vehicle. I am really happy with the vehicle i bought.
I saw a car on CARS.COM that I wanted to know more about so I sent them an inquiry right from their vehicle page and over three weeks later I have yet... to hear back from anybody there... Bought a car elsewhere. I had $$$ to spend and never even received a reply.
Bought a used BMW. They were cooperative, friendly, helpful and not pushy. If and when I buy another, I will return to this dealership.
When I was shopping for my current car, I saw a promising listing from Fast Lane Motors and came by for a test drive. They were very low-pressure and were... happy to let me take the car to a nearby mechanic. When the mechanic's inspection revealed that the car needed some periodic maintenance (brake pads were low, and timing belt was due for replacement), the Fast Lane guys offered me a choice between getting a substantial discount from the asking price, or having them do the maintenance themselves. I asked them to perform the repairs and came back the next day to complete the transaction. That was three years ago. The car has been extremely reliable since then. I had a no-pressure, no-bull experience with Fast Lane Motors. They treated me honestly and fairly, and I definitely recommend them.
My car buying experience with FastLane Motors was just what i was looking for. We got a used Explorer in great condition for a price we were happy with.
hello, i am in nc , they said this car was in great shape, they did agree to take it to honda dealer before my traveling.far from great shape battery did... not pass charging test , tires no tread life, drive belt is cracking , minor oil leak around value gasket, front lower ball joints are broken .front lower control arm bushing worn out.i paid $120.00 to find this out.to me some of these items should been known by dealer . i suggest u always take the car to dealer before purchaseing. hope i can save u the money on this one.just being honest in n.c., good luck shoping on line.
They turn off all service engine lights and detail cars like they are emasculate. you might want to stay away or take a mechanic to check cars out. once... you sign the check to them their so called customer service changes to rude language even using curse words
