Don’t ever take your vehicle here for service. Nothing will get fixed, they’ll lie to you, and you won’t ever be able to get in contact with anyone for updates. Even the employees say they wouldn’t bring their car here for service.

I asked before they took my if they too of the fluid.

I asked before they took my if they too of the fluid. they didn’t they didn’t put the sticker in the window to let you know when your next oil change and then they sent me one in the mail that said i don’t get another oil change for a whole year from now. i don’t know what’s going on. The last time they forgot to put oil in and blew my engine.

I am very impressed with the staff in the service

I am very impressed with the staff in the service department but not at all with management. I have been waiting on a refund since May and they never answer. I would never buy my next car there since they cannot treat their customers right. They have lost a customer.

This was a factory 16,000 mile oil change, checkup and

This was a factory 16,000 mile oil change, checkup and tire rotation visit that took 3 hours. There was no car wash service. That said they did have a car service to take us and pick us up from restaurant for lunch. The staff was nice.
