It?s important to get the vehicle you want but what about a consultant that listens to your needs. I went in thinking I did my research and my knew what... I wanted. Then at this dealership they showed me the value in my Silverado. This mom and coach is a very happy woman.
I was charged $340 for a diagnostic the dealership had my car 3 days they still can?t find the problem they want to charge me to fix a separate issue in... hopes that will help them get diagnostic of my initial problem I have my car but still not running properly the dealer can?t find the issue
This was the worst experience I've had with the Ourisman dealership since I've been going for over 10 years. It has never been this bad. The service was... worst then that of Darcars which I didn't think was possible. I'll detail the issues below. 1. The repair was suppose to take two days but it actuality it took a week. The service adviser did not call to inform me of the issues which required additional time. I had to call and ask for an update myself. 2. The car was ready on Friday. No one called to tell me it was ready. I again had to call myself Saturday morning and find out it was ready. 3. When I received the car the entire contents of my glove box was thrown into the front seat. For what reason, I don't know. 4. The car was filthy even though I requested it to be washed. I had to request again when I finally received it. 5. The tire sensor of one of my tire was not reading the tire pressure and was not noted for repair. No one called and asked me if I wanted it to be replaced. 6. Another service adviser tried to reset the tire pressure sensor gauges and now none of them work. 7. Ourisman use to provide a list of all repairs needed moving forward on your next visit. This was not done. 8. The truck had to be jump started when I picked it up no reason as to why. 9. The remote start no longer works on my truck even though it was working before it went in for service. 10. The truck now makes a screeching noise while starting up. This did not happen prior to repair. 11. On the way home from picking up my truck the check engine light comes on as well as the tire light. Very unacceptable service. I never had this happen at this dealership. The constant attrition of service advisers is another issue. Every time I go there is new staff. The one saving grace of this visit was that the original service adviser did provide me with a loaner car so that I was able to get my children back and forth to school. Overall very very very, disappointed with this service visit.

My most recent experience was not good at all! My vehicle (2017 Corvette Stingray) was scheduled for work that had been misdiagnosed for more than 3 previous... visits. Then, when my vehicle was put in for the proper repair it was not performed to satisfaction at all! When I went to pick my vehicle up upon being notified, I didn't even make it 3 miles away from the dealership and had to turn around and take it back to the shop for rework. It was apparent that my vehicle had not been road tested. It seems to be repaired now. I haven't had a change to drive it much due to the weather. I'm a little leery about the quality of work from this dealership. I would like to trust them with repair and servicing my car, but, this has happened more than enough times to keep my loyalty and trust with them in the future. I'm not sure if I'll return to them or not. Let's wait and see after I have sufficient time to drive my car when the weather is good.
It was the first and was very good. I look forward to using Ourisman Chevy for future service of our new Suburban.
