Service Advisors Medric mills and John are the absolute best, hands down. Or maybe I should say hands up. Never had an issue with them in all my more than... 20 years at the various ourisman dealerships. I have been to Rockville location, Wheaton and bowie.
I?m so done with this service department. I tried to stay because I?ve been coming for years but this last time was it. Went in for an oil change. I guess... my engine need oil spilled all over it because that?s what happened. None of my fluids were topped off. What made it worst is that no one wanted to accommodate me after I called less than a week later 1st thing in the morning and had someone say bring it in. I called later to let your service department know I?m on the way. Some guy told me they don?t have time to see my car. After I said I called earlier and got the ok but I forgot who I spoke to, he rudely told me I should?ve gotten a name. Needless to say I?m truly disappointed because it was the closest Chevrolet dealership to me. How do you deny me service when I just paid for these services and your service crew half assed the job on a rush ?I?m ready to leave..? on a Saturday! Ourisman, you need to step up your Chevrolet locations. Marlo Height and Bowie both need work as far as services go.

I’m pretty disappointed in the customer service now that we’ve bought our car. First incident: I needed my tire changed and the local mechanic couldn’t... find my lug locks. I had never even had to change my tires before. I called and Roland from service said “there’s nothing we can do, most people would have already been in here for service and you haven’t”. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the lady on the phone put me hold, then hung up. When I called back she said “they said you just come in and they’ll order you new ones”. I demanded to speak to someone. Finally, Steve from sales actually took the time to investigate to see they NEVER GAVE ME THE LOCKS when I bought my car ♀️ I had to drive in another vehicle (car still undriveable) to pick it up. No one apologized for the inconvenience. Second incident: My 12 month old vehicle stopped blowing A/C and the front panel went out while driving. My vehicle is also losing oil (oil almost empty after 7000 miles). Icalled Saturday to get in because I’m scared to drive my car. They have nothing available until Wednesday! So I can’t drive my car.She said “don’t worry, I’ll put in an emergency ticket and someone will call you today or Monday to work you in” It’s Monday night. No one has called. I still have no appointment. I will NEVER recommend this place again. I Don even know what’s wrong with my 2018 Traverse Premier

My insurance company recommended this business for vehicle repair. I used this company on three occasions and I didn’t learn that my repair was not complete... correctly until I went to have an inspection sticker. The second repair I didn’t know it was repaired correctly until I took one of my vehicle back for water entering through the trunk of my car when I open my second vehicle and found the same problem running in my trunk. The service manager showed no concern and provided my insurance company with incorrect information. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone.
