This vehicle is listed as a "Used 2015 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium" -- the top of the top trim level. However, the van they picture is actually an XLE... Premium -- a $5,500 difference in new vehicle price, and it lacks several of the major features the Limited offers, like the dual moon roof, easy speak, premium audio and more. Toyota's own VIN decoder site confirms this fact: VIN 5TDDK3DC7FS105657 Model 2015 Sienna Grade XLE PREM Shame on your misleading advertising, Leesburg Auto Import! What would you do for someone who drove hours to see this vehicle expecting a Limited?
We truly apologize for the unintentional error in advertising the 2015 Toyota Sienna's trim as a limited which is one step up over the XLE premium, th...e actual vehicle's trim . The error was due the wrong VIN decoder software that our website uses. We had corrected the trim to the actual XLE premium trim. We thank you for your feedback and again we are sorry if this unintentional error caused any inconvenience to you. BTW the difference in price between both trims for used 2015 is $750.
They masked engine problems with the car, reset the electronics, and it broke down within 24 hours of buying. Now I'm stuck with thousands of dollars... in bills because they stopped returning my call. Claiming no manager works there. They are xxxx!
Tom Fala was an excellent advisor. I have purchased several cars from Leesburg Auto Import. I still have two of them. All have been excellent purchases.... I am very satisfied with the vehicles and the service. I recommend Leesburg Auto Import to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.
Note that i'm a technician and im shopping for a new (to me) truck. I drove 10 hours to buy a truck that looked beautiful online, when i arrive, they... lost the keys to the truck and no one really knew what was going on. I do a visual inspection of the truck i find that the paint is in piss poor condition and just visually you can tell that the truck was beat hard. The truck legitimately looks like it was sent through the woods and a mud hole multiple times then poorly washed and got sent to the lot. the cold air engine intake filter was completely covered in 1/2" of mud, there was chunks of mud in all the nooks and crannies inside the cab. 2 hours later after a lock smith made new keys for the truck which was the wrong generation keys i may add. I was finally able to test drive the truck, before i even drove it off the lot the transmission shifted so hard the whole truck would jolt. every time the truck up and down shifted it banged so loud that people walking on sidewalks would jump. After i got back from the test drive i looked under the truck and found a puddle of coolant. I confronted the salesman about it and he didn't even acknowledge that there was something wrong with the truck and kept feeding xxxxxxxx lines of "our mechanic said it was fine and it passed state inspection". I even tried to bring him outside to show him the coolant leak and how hard the transmission shifted, let me tell you that guy gave less than zero of a xxxx about the entire situation, wouldn't budge on the price at all and said this isn't the truck for you. While i was there (for 3 hours) a couple came in to look at a bmw and i overheard them talking to a different salesman trying to tell him that the engine was ticking and it was the same response i got.
"... wouldn't budge on the price at all..." This quote was taken from the review you left. You are claiming the truck has coolant leak and transmissio...n issue and you were still interested in buying it and trusted that this truck will take you back to Main in a 10 hours drive!!!!!!!!! Sorry to say that this review and your offer of 24k to buy the truck are both unreasonable! BTW we acknowledge that we lost the key to the truck. and we apologize for that, however, we did our best to get a duplicate key that cost us $240.00 so you can test drive the truck. We wish you well in finding a truck that meets your needs and budget!
Easy, Smooth, no BS. No pressure at all. They have very nice vehicles on the lot. I actually enjoyed buying a car from Roney. Thanks two thumbs up... for me!
Went to purchase the vehicle. From start to the end everything was effortless. No pressure! Roney was awesome! If you want to buy a car from Leesburg... Auto Import, simply ask for Roney. He will take good care of you.
I went in looking for a car but it was sold. They do have a great selection but there wasn't anything I was looking for. I would recommend them as they... have great inventory.
These guys were great to deal with, finance manager was fantastic, friendly , informative , knew what he was doing. Would buy from them again.
Contacted multiple times about the same car kept telling me it was sold and yet they still have it posted for sale. Would never buy from them.
I went to Leesburg auto imports to look at several cars on their two lots. It’s a smaller dealership with maybe 4 people there at max but it didn’t come... across as crooked. I ended up picking out a 2011 Audi s5 for about 18,000. I looked very clean and seemed to run well and I liked the car. Willy the manager helping me assured me the car was in great shape and had no issues with a clean Carfax. Which it seemed that way and he would not budge on the price much at all. I left and ate and decided I really liked the car and wanted to get it. After checking the car out the second time I came back I noticed a jug of antifreeze behind the driver’s seat. I asked Willy immediately about it and he said that they had to bring it to the other lot for another car. I didn’t think much of it since the car ran fine and I didn’t notice any leaks under the engine. I bought the car and drove it home. The next morning when running errands the car began leaking antifreeze heavily once the car was shut off. The car didn’t even last 24 hours. I called in and was transferred to Eddie for some reason. When I told him what happened he acted shocked and when I mentioned the antifreeze that Willy had took he asked me what color the cap was because whatever color it was it couldn’t have been for that car. I was a bit livid and he assured me they would help fix the car and I should take it into a real Audi dealership and have it looked at. A few days later the car had a repair bill of 5,818.32 dollars. The mechanic that worked on the car stated the hose that caused the leak had clearly been tampered with. The electronics were also reset causing any check engine lights to also be. Currently I can’t afford to repair the car fully. I sent them the repair order and waited. I waited for several days calling to check up each day and whenever I called in the manager always seemed to have the day off. Soon the response turned rude and shortly after they stopped answering my calls. I tried calling in several times at different times in the day with no results. After witch I emailed and stated what they did was not only immoral but illegal. That I spoke with a consumer law group and could take action if needed. Eddie responded within seconds and stated since I mentioned lawyer that I have to deal with theirs and to have a nice day. I should have read deeper into the reviews because this isn’t the first time that this dealership and its staff has covered up issues to vehicles and dumped them off on unsuspecting consumers.
