    We recently got a new vehicle and dealt with Mike Gooden & John Dutton. Easiest sale I've ever gone thru. Mike was very upfront and honest with my situation... and managed to get the deal done and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable. John helped us set up all of our necessities and went into detail about our features and rewards as a new customer to Chevy. He went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely satisfied and assured me he would be available for any questions afterwards, which some did come up and he handled it for me same day. I would recommend both for anyone looking into getting a vehicle.

    After 5 weeks (up to 3 hours a day) of looking for a used Silverado 2500 4 x 4 I found a terrific truck at fitzgerald on nov 6. Joshua Gutzman, Pete Patel,... and Zach Sherman were wonderful in assisting us with this sale. They were very knowledgeable, low key and made the experience a very pleasant one. I would give this dealership and it's staff a 10. This is the second heavy duty truck I have bought from them over the years.

    This is the fourth car that we've bought from John Dutton and Fitzgerald obviously we have customer loyalty but mainly it's because John Dutton goes out... of his way to verify the level of service that you can't find that most other dealers. He listen to our needs and we ended up at the car that we wanted and we love all of our vehicles we will not buy any car without using John Dutton as an asset to Fitzgerald

    I recently bought a Chevrolet Equinox in Frederick. Had the best experience with my salesperson John Dutton. He was so thorough, went the extra mile,... helpful and always with a smile. He even patiently explained the car details to me after I bought the car. Great customer service. I'm happy with my choice and the Fitz service!!

    Purchased a new Chevy Malibu. John Dutton was the salesman. He was ok on showing my in-laws different cars. But after the car was chosen, he would disappear,... for long intervals. He was talking to someone else!! He was very disrespectful in regards for our time!!! We bought the car anyway. The car had dealer installed Black Chevrolet Emblems (Malibu, LT). I never thought to look at the emblems. I thought the car came like that. The very next day ( July 4 2019) I noticed that the emblems were coming off the car!!!! They had to remove the chrome emblems to install the black ones. THEY DIDN'T REMOVE THE OLD FOAM that was on the back of the chrome emblems that they removed!!! They left the foam on the car and stuck the new black emblems to the old foam!! FOAM IS NOT MADE TO STICK TO FOAM!!! So I phoned John Dutton who told me the service dept was closed, and to bring the car in the next day and they would replace the emblems. I took the car in to the service dept and they immediately sent out their service director. REALLY!! This service director guy is looking at the emblems and asks me what is wrong!! So I start pulling off letters (MOST OF WHICH ARE HALFWAY OFF ANYWAY). Then he reaches an ah moment and realizes what is wrong!!!! So he tells me they will have to order the emblems, and it will be 5 to 7 business days. I called their parts dept and they told me they would have the emblems by the following Tuesday 2 business days (this all happened on Friday). AGAIN REALLY!!!! I guess this guy is trying to screw with customers. Salesman John Dutton's response was that I had to bring the car in for them to look at it!! John Dutton or the so called service director don't care about their customers time!! They gave my father in law a $10 dollar gas card. I HAVE NO FAITH IN A DEALERSHIP THAT CAN'T INSTALL DEALER INSTALLED OPTIONS!!! Keep in mind this option is on the window sticker from Chevrolet. We did not ask for it.

    We are sorry that you have the perception that you do regarding both your sales purchase and your in-laws sales purchase. In our experience, John Dutt...on, is professional and attentive with his customers. The sales staff works directly with the sales managers, finance managers, and the clean-up department to facilitate the delivery of your purchase. This will take them away from their desk during the purchase and we have found that many of our customers appreciate the privacy to have conversations on their own while they are waiting. Our Service Director, Seth Dawson, also takes a lot pf pride in his job. It was important for him to inspect and understand the concern as he was not aware that we had a craftsmanship issue for this lettering accessory install. This is a new option for service that the sales department had not been ordering in the past. The window sticker from Chevrolet includes items that were pre-ordered by the sales department. When something like this is brought to our attention, we appreciate the opportunity to address this with our team so that we can make the necessary improvements. We apologize that this created an inconvenience and we will be working directly with your in-laws to resolve the concern. An associate from the service management team left a message for them to discuss this and make arrangements. The parts have not arrived as of this morning, Wednesday July 10. There is no guarantee of part or accessory order deliveries due to many factors that the dealership cannot control. Therefore, Seth quoted 5-7 business days in order to account for shipping delays.     This is our first experience with Fitzgerald. We were impressed with the saleswoman Jennifer Cross. She was our superhero for the Month. By us not being... local.. Ms. Cross ensured our car was available from another location and brought it up for us. She and her manager made sure we were satified. We were shocked to find the Ms. Cross was new in the sale area. All along we thought she was a seasoned salesperson. THANK-YOU Jennifer. Our son loves the car...The Harris's
